As soon as you walk through the main door you’ll love it. It smells amazing the room is very clean and large. Everything brand new. Note that parking is about $24 per night

This is a very nice property. The only problem I had is that I found hairs in different places of the shower floor.

Checking in was such an easy process. There was a young male (can't remember his name) his mother and I share the same date of birth....that's how easy it was talking to him was. He was very attentive and informal with me. It made my stay so much more better. I really enjoyed my weekend away.

Location was great. Room was clean and quiet. Only issues were hot water was not very hot and none of the USB outlets worked. And I stayed two different nights in two different rooms so it wasn’t just one room I was in.

I arrived at 11 pm only to be told that the property was overbooked and I was being walked to another hotel, the Westgate Palace. After being assured by both hotels that I wouldn't be charged if I were to stay at the Westgate, I decided to do just that because I was exhausted from traveling for over twelve hours the previous day. Imagine my surprise when I get an $800 charge to my credit card the day after checking out. And there was zero reimbursement from the Aloft for the four days I did NOT stay there. I had stayed at the Aloft twice previously--after this, I doubt I ever will again.

Odd that for a busy Orlando hotel the bar was closed both nights I was there - Sun and Mon nights. And there’s really nothing within easy walking distance. Needs an update, a little dated and dingy. They are stingy on the towels. The upside was that all the staff were very nice, friendly.

Location was good enough. Last second stay so I had to pay the overpriced amount. Hotels charge way too much these days. Friendly staff and the room was just enough with comfortable amenities.
