Excelente servicio, limpieza y desayunos sabrosos! Cerca de los sitios de encuentro con mi familia. Si planifico mis proximas vacaciones de seguro regreso ahi. Lo recomiendo al 100

Nice hotel and suitable family. Hotel is very nearest Universal Orlando and it just take 10 mins to the park. We are also enjoy the breakfast at hotel and there is a many choice.

Lokasinya bagus, kebersihannya bagus ketika itu tetapi satu-satunya masalah yang kami hadapi kerana mereka menukar jadual untuk taman Disney dan Universal pada pertengahan minggu dan tidak memberitahu kami tentang perkara ini.

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, atenciosos. Café da manhã basico mas com opções suficientes. Quartos ponto negativo que é tudo carpete e vidros lacrados então fica com muita concentração de pó, ideal seria remover carpete. Cama um pouco ”cansada”. Ótima localização, próximo do comércio e muito próximo da Universal. Acredito ser a melhor opção da região por conta do café da manhã que faz diferença. Serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias no quarto.

الفندق ممتاز جدا والخدمات ممتازه وبالذات سيلفيا شخص متعاون جدا و موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من كل الخدمات و غالب المطاعم . يغني عن ان تمشي مسافات علشان تاخد طلبك و الفندق كثير مريح مافي ازعاج كثير والموظفين كثير متعاونين كل الاحترام والتقدير لهم جميعا

The breakfast needs improvement. Everyday scrambled eggs and lots of unhealthy options. Needs to have better hot/live breakfast options such fried eggs or omelettes. Don’t do cleaning service for whole of the stay. I stayed for 4 nights but no daily housekeeping. Needs to have writing pads to make notes. I was told that the reason for not having it is due to COVID!

挺好的，就是離公路比較近，半夜偶爾會被路過的車吵醒。牆隔音也一般，屋外有人路過容易聽到。 衛生還行，可是沒有拖鞋，這個比較煩。浴室裏給的那堆香波啥的很難用，強烈建議自帶或者去馬路對麪的超市買。 WiFi 很慢，得看用的時間同時用的人多不多，手機信號也一般，反正聊天發圖是勉強接受的，看視頻略微卡。 從馬路邊到酒店需要走一段，打車可以給你送到門口，但是步行想走到馬路邊（比如你想在酒店附近吃個飯或者買我剛才說的日用品啥的）會走大概3-5分鐘略微麻煩一點。

Everything great!! Only issue was that one elevator was out of order. But we had a nice stay!

So what is the truth about this hotel? Before our trip I was worried because reviews on this site are extremely varied. I didn’t know what to expect. In the end, our experience was fine. Not brilliant, not fantastic - but fine. And this is what I expected from a budget hotel. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. I felt sorry for them when I saw another guest complaining for no good reason (in my opinion). The elevators, ice machine and wifi worked perfectly. The shower and toilet worked, and the room was cleaned every day. We had no trouble sleeping as the beds were comfortable enough and the room was modern and spacious. There was no mould, no bugs, no snakes...nothing like that. We were pleased we would save money on a free breakfast, but it was very basic, and in future perhaps we'd take a room with a kitchenette instead. But its a quick and convenient option which may be preferable for some. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked good for kids. [Pros] - The location! You can absolutely walk to Universal, it’s not far at all. And of course, the price - this was one of the cheapest options available. The staff were nice and check in / check out was very straightforward. [Cons] - Rooms have poor ventilation, which is a real issue as Florida is very humid. The safe in the room was a little difficult to open and close - but we were relieved to have one so didn’t mind. Finally, there is no place to leave luggage after check out, which is a pity. In summary: If you are used to travelling on a budget, and are just looking for a comfortable place to sleep this hotel is absolutely fine. If you like the finer things, or have expectations beyond the basic - perhaps you should pay extra and upgrade. You cannot pay budget prices and expect the world.
