PPengguna TetamuGot there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

MMaria PortoExcellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!). Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times. Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times. Will definitely stay again.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

BBarthosSuper hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

CC7xOur hotel room didn’t felt clean and it’s quite dark even when all lights were on. We had issues with our tv - it couldn’t be on, so we called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to fix it in 10mins, nobody came till the next morning lol. Only good thing about this hotel is the free breakfast it came with, it’s near disney and it has shuttle services.

PPengguna TetamuVery convenient budget hotel. Room was large, allowed early check in. We only used it for overnight sleeping and getting to universal. It is as close to universal as their own resorts. There was some noise as the walls are thin but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations

เเล็กวาโรงแรมนี้ทำเลดีค่ะบริการก็ดีมากพนักงานยิ้มแย้มอาหารเช้าถือว่าดีระดับนึงข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคือที่ห้องตรงที่นอนกับห้องน้ำมีแมลงสาปตัวเล็กๆขึ้นที่นอนเท่าที่ดูทางโรงแรมมีการีนูเวทแต่บางส่วนไม่ได้ทำทั่งหมดของห้องเลยมีส่วนที่เป็นของเก่าแล้วมีแมลงสาปอาศัยอยู่ปรับปรังตรงนี้ได้จะดีมาก

Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included. Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
