Hotel di Tasik Buena Vista / Pusat Bandar Disney, Orlando

We first thought the room was relatively clean but noticed small ants moving throughout the bathroom. Also the front desk on day 2 could not add our Mariott member number and gave us some lame excuse as to why. Not sure I would book this hotel again...

Our family enjoyed the wonderful stay at Swan hotel. The hotel location is very convenient to each Disney World Park and the environment is quite comfortable.

Comfortable clean room Had great time by pool with pool service prompt. That I loved. Would have liked pool to be heated. It was cold

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

房間空間很大，整體裝潢現代簡約。地理位置幾乎是在迪士尼裏面，打車10分鐘不到的路程。電視YouTube Netflix什麼都可以看。時間匆忙沒來得及去泳池看看些許可惜。

雖然有小插曲，但是有一説一，攜程服務還是在線的。出門選攜程很安心，至少覺得服務周到，認真負責。出行得到保駕護航，是最安心的。照片視頻都是房間所拍，真實有效。非常棒。

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3D2N but we keep extending. As I’m typing this review I am considering to extend 1 more day. This hotel has shuttle buses to the Disney land and Universal Studio! Just opposite the hotel it’s the premium outlets!

乾淨，裝修不錯。客房服務需要自己打電話叫。每天有免費班車接送Disney的不同園區。哦，對了，這個酒店的客人是可以early entry Disney的，我們最後一天才發現，沒用上，到了跟酒店前天要卡，就可以提前半小時進園完了，安排好的話是能多玩幾個項目的。
