The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Overall, a decent enough stay. Says it’s a 4 star hotel, but I definitely would say 3 star hotel tops. Pool was decent, room was fine. Definitely not the amenities I would expect in a 4 star hotel. No valet service offered. I think the hotel was just bought by Marriott so maybe they are in transition and it will be a little more upscale soon!

The hotel room was large and extremely clean. We were on the first floor which worked out for us because we are seniors and the room was not far from the desk and the wonderful breakfast they served every morning. I could not have asked for a better room or location. We were close to every imaginable place you wanted to visit or have lunch or dinner. The cost of thew room was amazing considering all that came with it. Thank you so much for all you offer. God bless.

This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine.
The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious.
Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean.
It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat.
Would happily stay there again.
There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.

First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

AAMohamedOverall experience is not bad but not as expected! Rooms are small and it’s missing a lot of important amenities for a family trip most importantly the microwave. The self laundry room operate by coins and the coin machine there is not working so you have to walk to the reception to get changes. They don’t charge resort fee but the charge $28 for a self parking which is far away from the building! You have to walk all the way there and pay $28 plus tax a day! There’s shuttle but don’t operate after certain times. Rooms are quiet, clean and full of towels. Location is not that great putting that you have to walk to the parking to get to the car and drive to the international drive near icon park. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

PPengguna TetamuSmooth check in after arriving from a long trip with the assistance of Bruno (we don't talk about him). A very warm and kind person who made our little girl smile after giving out some Disney character stickers.
Room (and bathroom) were very spacious and clean. Appliances (Fridge,microwave,dishwasher,cooktop) and utensils were in great working condition.
Pool was of decent size. Clean towels were replenished and soiled ones were taken out in a timely manner. A few teens were playing football in the water and kind of disgruntled some guests who just wanted to have a good swim. One small kid almost got hit on her face. It would probably help for management to monitor so as to keep everyone safe and happy.
Ordered food and a drink for dinner from the Bar and staff were very accomodating.
Breakfast buffet was organized and had good choices to start your day.
Small opened shop (adjacent to the check in counters) with basic food/drink options was available 24/7.
We used their free shuttle service to and from Epcot (drivers were very nice and on time) .
Would definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location for Universal Studios - that’s without a doubt the key selling point. It’s next door to a DoubleTree Hilton which charges a lot more but is directly next door so with the Best Western you can stay just as close but for less. I had a problem with the air conditioning kicking in and out all night and the buttons wouldn’t fix it. I rang and reported it to reception the next morning, and when I returned I asked at reception and the person manning the desk didn’t know anything about it. I was worried. However I shouldn’t have been as when I got to the room it had been fixed by maintenance and remained on (phew) for the rest of my stay. The cleaners were great and serviced my room every day, leaving it lovely and fresh for when I returned from the theme park. The overall state of the hotel is a bit tired but this shouldn’t put you off booking - a hotel this close to Universal should mean you spend most of each day at Universal! If you’re planning to spend more time in the hotel, and don’t just need a comfy bed to stop over, then this may not be the hotel for you. However if you’re looking for a good price and a great location this is for you for sure! Just to note, there is a free shuttle to Universal it leaves once in the morning and returns about 5.30 (check most up to date times with the hotel). It’s free but quite small. Not a problem as Best Western is the first stop but it does pick up from a Hampton as well, and gets quite crowded. All in all, I’d give this hotel a strong 4/5!

PPengguna TetamuWe happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel.
If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice.
There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around.
The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles.
The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is
1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to.
2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down
I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

PPengguna TetamuOn entering the room it was spotless however I went to the toilet and was greeted with a toilet full of poo!!! My husband reported it straight away and we were quickly moved to another room. Again entering the next room it was spotless but the fridge wasn't working that was reported and quickly replaced. The following morning went to make to discover the coffee maker wasn't working again it was reported and quickly replaced. Great customer service. Now servicing the room I was a bit confused by. Rooms were still being serviced in the evening. We had been out from early and came back at 6.30 to find the room not serviced. We had just settled when they came to service the room surely it makes more sense to service the room when people are out during the day?? This happened several times. At one point I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as it hadn't been cleaned for days and myself and daughter slipped in the bath and nearly fell out. My husband got the wrong day for check out (a day early) we were literally gone 15mins and the maid had been in to see what tip we had left!!! Pity she wasnt as quick to service our room. Customer service were great about my husbands mistake and quickly gave us our key back. New beds were obviously put in rooms as part of the redevelopment but oh my they didnt half creak to the extent we were shouting at one another to stop moving about!!! So didnt really get a hood nights sleep. We also didn't get the bedding changed the 10days we were there. We were asked on the day my husband mistake but what was the point for 1 night???

PPengguna TetamuWe checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

PPengguna TetamuI really liked that there was a sofa, table and a couple of chairs in the room. Nice size. Room decor was average to nice. Pictures on the walls but no bed spreads. The walls were a little dirty even some child hand prints on bathroom walls, doors not cleaned well and from the looks of it the headboards aren't fully cleaned well. Bad paint job also. Bathroom mirror needs replacing but a big nice counter/vanity in bathroom. Overall it was a great price, if I had to I would return but do a little spotting up. Break was ok.
