The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Lovely hotel very close to a nice part of town. The courtyard was beautiful and I appreciated the amenities - like the shop in the lobby and welcome pack. The room itself was very comfy and clean and I slept well. There is a microwave for heating food, but no cutlery or plates so that might have been helpful to include. I did find the shower ran cold but I was in a rush so didn’t look into why that might be. I’d stay again :)

My stay at the hotel was from July 3 - 19 and they only had one washing machine working. I went to the reception to notify them and they told me that they only had one washing machine for the entire hotel. In the 16 days I was there, they never repaired the other washing machine and every time I went to wash they were using it, so I had to go outside the hotel to a laundry on 3 occasions to be able to wash my clothes. Because the washing machine on the third floor was never fixed. The breakfast is very good, but the employees must be attentive and clean the tables because sometimes the tables available to eat were dirty and I had to clean them to be able to sit and have breakfast.

Overall experience is not bad but not as expected! Rooms are small and it’s missing a lot of important amenities for a family trip most importantly the microwave. The self laundry room operate by coins and the coin machine there is not working so you have to walk to the reception to get changes. They don’t charge resort fee but the charge $28 for a self parking which is far away from the building! You have to walk all the way there and pay $28 plus tax a day! There’s shuttle but don’t operate after certain times. Rooms are quiet, clean and full of towels. Location is not that great putting that you have to walk to the parking to get to the car and drive to the international drive near icon park. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

We arrived at Hard Rock to wait in a lengthy queue for check in. After 25 minutes we approached the counter to be instantly asked for identification, now we had our passports etc at another hotel in Disney, but we had taken pictures of them instead of transporting them around. This was not acceptable to the employees at Hard Rock, so instead of acknowledging we had maid a mistake or given us some support in what to do, we had been abruptly moved on with a ‘next’. Asked to speak to a manager and was me t by a supervisor, who was sympathetic to listening to us but repeated that this was policy. I explained that it would take an hours round trip to go get identification and was there anything that can be done, the answer was no. However, he did disappear and come back and say that we can use their taxi company for this. So credit where credit is due. After 2 hours of messing around -and multiple attempts at spelling names of the guests in my party we had some park tickets and fast passes, but lost half of the day in the park. Unfortunately, this isn’t the worst part. Once we came back to the hotel from the park, we were presented with a musty/smoky smelling, filthy room. The pullout bed was uncomfortable and not fit for purpose for my son. Tried to speak to staff again at reception who just completely dismissed the situation. It was that bad that I wasn’t allowing my son to sleep on the bed and opted against staying there and getting another taxi back to the Disney resort. I had also emailed in to say that it was a members special birthday and could they be accommodating in some way, we had stayed at hard rocks in Madrid who put a sign on the mirror and some drinks vouchers, just something small goes a long way, but they didn’t even acknowledge it. Sadly, for a premium hotel this is not a premium hotel, experience encounter with staff or premium service. It ruined that part of holiday. Thanks Hard Rock.

We first thought the room was relatively clean but noticed small ants moving throughout the bathroom. Also the front desk on day 2 could not add our Mariott member number and gave us some lame excuse as to why. Not sure I would book this hotel again...

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.

I loved this hotel! The transportation to Disney is so convenient and location is super close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The room was clean and very spacious. Staff were super friendly and I plan to stay here again next time I visit Disney for sure!

We were on the first floor which worked out for us because we are seniors and the room was not far from the desk and the wonderful breakfast they served every morning. I could not have asked for a better room or location. We were close to every imaginable place you wanted to visit or have lunch or dinner. The cost of thew room was amazing considering all that came with it. Thank you so much for all you offer. God bless.

PPengguna TetamuSmooth check in after arriving from a long trip with the assistance of Bruno (we don't talk about him). A very warm and kind person who made our little girl smile after giving out some Disney character stickers. Room (and bathroom) were very spacious and clean. Appliances (Fridge,microwave,dishwasher,cooktop) and utensils were in great working condition. Pool was of decent size. Clean towels were replenished and soiled ones were taken out in a timely manner. A few teens were playing football in the water and kind of disgruntled some guests who just wanted to have a good swim. One small kid almost got hit on her face. It would probably help for management to monitor so as to keep everyone safe and happy. Ordered food and a drink for dinner from the Bar and staff were very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was organized and had good choices to start your day. Small opened shop (adjacent to the check in counters) with basic food/drink options was available 24/7. We used their free shuttle service to and from Epcot (drivers were very nice and on time) . Would definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

PPengguna TetamuOur family booked a AAA vacation package purchasing multi day Universal park passes plus a weeklong hotel stay at this deluxe, Italian-themed resort. We would book here again in a heartbeat! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, every team member went out of their way to make us feel happy and welcomed. We booked a club room, which is located in the section very near the club lounge, the laundry room “lavandería”, and both the Villa and Beach pools. All the accommodations were great: the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern, the pools were gorgeous and big enough to not feel cramped, and the staff everywhere was super helpful. In particular, Allie at the club lounge was incredibly attentive and social; we enjoyed talking with her each time we saw her. Gilberto was the very friendly and approachable concierge person in the main lobby who came right up to us to make sure we were alright. And Sara was a poolside server who was just the most prompt and professional waiter we’d ever had; she handled her entire section of customers just wonderfully. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the names of so many other nice folks that attended to us, but they included the handsome older gentleman that we also encountered in the club lounge, and the woman in the inside souvenir shop who gave us advice about where to find a particular item. We have stayed at several deluxe Disney properties, and it was remarkable to consistently encounter such hospitality at every point of our stay. The other thing that we found really helpful was that you could text the concierge team with any questions or requests. We ended up using that feature a lot, and it helped us to plan our day and meals. The team of folks promptly answered us each time, it was awesome to not have to call or walk down to the lobby every time we had a small question. I recommend that those who are considering booking here choose a club room if you can, so you have access to the exclusive club lounge, which serves full breakfast and dinner options (not just small hors d’oevres). This is a big difference from comparable deluxe resorts which mainly serve small snacks versus actually meal-sized proteins, vegetables and starches. So if you wanted to have a nice dinner in the club versus go to a full service restaurant, you could absolutely do so here.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location for Universal Studios - that’s without a doubt the key selling point. It’s next door to a DoubleTree Hilton which charges a lot more but is directly next door so with the Best Western you can stay just as close but for less. I had a problem with the air conditioning kicking in and out all night and the buttons wouldn’t fix it. I rang and reported it to reception the next morning, and when I returned I asked at reception and the person manning the desk didn’t know anything about it. I was worried. However I shouldn’t have been as when I got to the room it had been fixed by maintenance and remained on (phew) for the rest of my stay. The cleaners were great and serviced my room every day, leaving it lovely and fresh for when I returned from the theme park. The overall state of the hotel is a bit tired but this shouldn’t put you off booking - a hotel this close to Universal should mean you spend most of each day at Universal! If you’re planning to spend more time in the hotel, and don’t just need a comfy bed to stop over, then this may not be the hotel for you. However if you’re looking for a good price and a great location this is for you for sure! Just to note, there is a free shuttle to Universal it leaves once in the morning and returns about 5.30 (check most up to date times with the hotel). It’s free but quite small. Not a problem as Best Western is the first stop but it does pick up from a Hampton as well, and gets quite crowded. All in all, I’d give this hotel a strong 4/5!

PPengguna TetamuWe happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel. If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice. There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles. The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is 1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. 2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

MMake Your Dreams Come TrueRamada, was a great experience in our 1 week stay. Good quality, great staff, good pricing and awesome service. Ramada used top notch brands which was amazing to see since it’s rear when you find a hotel with quality brands. The breakfast was really good. Front desk Mary was very helpful when it came to needing help at night time. House keeping were very respectful, and friendly. When we needed things to restock our room they had it ready for us. Some elevators had buttons covered with tape. That was the only downfall. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Ramada. Definitely recommend it, as long as customers coming in with dignity and respect.

DDesilianaThe hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

PPengguna TetamuWe checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!
