Sea Breeze Sarovar Portico Varca Goa

Hi All This is for all those who select property based on the reviews like me. This is a newly renovated hotel with only one good thing i.e. room. Everything other than room is just below mark, in comparison to the other sarovar portico properties. Specially 1. Buffet- Very basic items for reputed hotel and it does not matter how many time you request for right thing. 2. Staff - leaving 1-2 aside, everyone seems like intern who dont know what to do, how to do. Also they dont even carry a positive vibe while treating guest. 3. Service - keep asking but they do not what they can give. 4. Wifi and electricity - both fluctuates so often like you can not use wifi or even tv for continous 10 min I stayed for 3 days as we booked in advance and have so many instances to quote but i dont think it deserve the time. Untill they make some good amendments, i would suggest people to avoid and go for either good hotels or homestays which are very safe and good in south goa.

It was a very comfortable stay at the hotel..staff was very warm and approachable. Punam, sambir and mario helped us with our stay..thank you so much for the wonderful stay...very serene and peaceful vibes around the hotel..highly recommended stay..thanks again team..

We like to visit Goa and live at ground level however the Resorts two floor buildings are not too bad. The property is not sprawling and has no grounds but the premium room that we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable. Internet was choppy at best and in today's world, definitely needs to improve. The buffet breakfast has a decent amount of variety. We did not have our other meals in the hotel as we prefer to eat at local restaurants. I would have to say that the staff at the Reception and some other areas appear to be not up to speed for a Hotel of this standard. I had to have an injection administered and requested Reception to assist with a doctor or nurse who they should probably have on call but they advised that they did not have such an arrangement nor were they willing to assist, quite strange! Breakfast starts at 7:30 we were told but on more than one occasion the entire spread was not laid out even at 8! Though I must commend the Housekeeping for their prompt service to small request. Also Atul and Manish always had some towel animals made up on our bed, which was very sweet. Overall a good stay and hopefully they will improve their 'Hospitality' even at reception.

The hotel is well located, polite staff, good kitchen, comfortable room, transfer to the beach, special thanks for Sachir, who kept the room clean throughout the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was an option to give 10 stars, I would have given than Service top notch, rooms facility, staff behavior - no words to describe. It was my partner's birthday and they decorated our room. The staff was highly professional, friendly, well mannered, educated. The property is well maintained. Even there was gym facility. If I m visiting next time, it would be this hotel. Thanks for making my birthday memorable. Would highly recommend. Kudos

Excellent stay , Good Hospitality staff are very good specially Front office Mr.Sambir very helpful, nice room clean and good quality.........................................................................................
