Todo es un desastre, pagas un ultra todo incluido por no obtener nada, todo cerrado, heladerías, restaurantes, ...consigues (con lo difícil que es xq no hay opciones de hacerlo aunque presuman de ellos) una reserva en unos de los restaurantes y cuando llegamos nos dicen que no queda comida, y no nos pueden atender y nos quedamos sin comer. En la habitación el aire acondicionado no funciona, el frigorífico para mantener la leche de mi bebé tampoco, y sin solución..todos desbordados, descontrol, desorganización, en fin todo fatal, x favor no reservéis ni pageis tal cantidad de dinero por Nada!! Fatal todo,las vacaciones tan ansidas.. ARRUINADAS

Nos habéis cancelado la reserva 2 días antes de entrar en una llamada de teléfono sin dejarlo por escrito, dando la opción de cambiar a otro hotel pero mi hija no entiende que le cambien al hotel de fútbol cuando ella iba disfrazada para la habitación de sirena, no se puede jugar con la ilusión de los niños, y se negáis a cambiar de fecha alegando q está completo cuando en la web deja reservar.

HORRIBLE!!! Llevábamos meses con habitaciones reservadas y pagadas porque ibamos un campeonato deportivo de niños., con toda la ilusión que les conlleva. A falta de un mes anulan el alojamiento porque tienen un evento de reggaeton que le impide dar alojamiento. Y me parece mala praxis de por sí, pero... ¿Jugar con la ilusión de unos 100 niños???. Si son capaces de eso... ¿De qué no serán capaces?

Teniendo reserva hecha desde hace varios meses para ospedarnos más de 100 personas en este hotel por un torneo de fútbol sala de nuestros niños, a menos de un mes del torneo y con todo pagado, nos han dejado tirados para hacer otro evento, uno de regeton, son unos sinvergüenzas, no tienen palabra, son unos impresentables, y no nos han dicho nada de pagarnos los billetes ni transporte que tenemos contratado ellos lo tienen que pagar ya que son los responsables de que no podamos ir

Hola , de momento ya empiezan mal somos un grupo de Elda que tenemos reservado el hotel del 13 al 17 de Junio (x las fiestas de Moros ) ya hace unos meses y ahora nos están llamando para cancelarnos las reservas a todos a si por toda la cara, se justifican diciendo que fue un error informático que ellos ya tenían reservado el hotel a un gran grupo para un macro festival (no me dijeron cuál) desde Diciembre y no entienden que es lo que ha pasado, esto es intolerable ahora que?!!!

La amabilidad de todos los empleados ha sido maravilloso 👏 para que nos encontremos mejor que en casa. La limpieza es destacable y también la comida del bufet. Nos han ayudado a encontrar un zapatos del niño y lo encontraron en la piscina.

Je viens dans cette région depuis plusieurs années et Marina quel déception. Les lumières signe de fête, sont inexistantes, le parc est sale et odeur . Le défilé a vu des jours meilleurs. ( peu de char, peu d artistes...) les enfants ont été déçus.

Revisando las opiniones de 296 clientes veo que solo un 23% estan sadisfechos el otro 77% lo califica de regular, malo o pesimo, lo curioso del asunto es que lo unico que saben escribir es que lo lamentamos, trasmitiremos a los responsables sus incidencias o intentaremos mejorarlo, Señores de Marina Dor, un 77% insadisfecho con su estancia, ¿no creen que es motivo suficiente para cerrar y empezar de cero?
