Ulasan Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi

The hotel is right around the corner from a subway station exit so it’s very convenient to travel around the city. The room size is small but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. The staff were friendly and speak English. A 7-11 is right across the street if you need anything and there are some shops and restaurants very close. If the location is what you need I would recommend it and stay here again next time.

For a cheap place to stay at then yes for sure this is a good place. However, the air conditioner is continuously blowing hot air and cannot be amended. Its central control and it was a unpleasant night. The room also isnt as clean as expected. Some trash from the traveller before was left near the bed

Nice hotel, but the room is very small for 3 paxs. Location is good, family mart n mos burger is just downstairs.

Room was nice and cozy. It was more than enough for me and my family or for the three of us. We got everything we need. It was 3mins walk from the train station, in front of 7-11 w/ atm machine. Hot and cold shower is available and a comfy bed to rest after a tiring day. Glico and Don quijote is accessible approx 15minutes walk but you can also use a subway as an alternative. Concierge can speak English so you can ask for directions or whatever you need. We would definitely come back to this place!

All you need to know about this hotel 1. Their internet basically does not work at all 2. The design of the room is quite narrow the walk-in space is about the distance to that width of the door. 3. The front desk service is good to confront with the internet problem. 4. Upon check out the one of the Japanese front desk lady with glasses was retarded enough to ask me to return the second room key after I already checkout with handful of luggage on my hand. This rookie mentality is stupid enough that tells how inexperience this Japanese retarded lady is. 5. The African front desk guy is nice and being supportive throughout the service. Something to give credit for. 6. Exchange machine is convenient. 7. Their AC only works for heater not for cooling down the room unless you open the window. 8. The breakfast basically is not buffet but a set of meal.

Good location, walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Room size is small is difficult to open up 2 medium size of luggages.
