Ulasan Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Minami Shin-Imamiya

We loved how it was close to most things, and particularly as we had to leave early in the morning with all of our luggage to Kansai, the distance from the place to the Nankai Line proved particularly beneficial - short walk and lifts available, with many train options in the morning. Finding the place was a little difficult if using google maps since the navigation proved difficult in and around the building. A good thing we got help from a Nankai Line employer at the Nankai "tunnel" who showed us the general direction to the apartment. If you exit from JR line, walk to the Nankai line tunnel on your right as you exit. Apartment was super close to a Mega Donki too which was awesome with food trucks and stalls under the bridge. Area was quiet, if not for the occasional train passing, though the rooms were well insulated. Overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively large by Japan's standard and there was a tiny cooking area with some utensils, and a washing machine. I liked how the toilet was separated from the bath area. We took the quad room with four beds and still had enough walking space and a bed just for our luggage since there wasn't however, enough room for luggage and clothes storage. You can dry your clothes at a sizeable balcony and in the current summer heat, our clothes dried up really quickly. Self check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Too bad there wasn't any complimentary coffee, tea or water.

It’s a no reception system but the process and system are seamless. Location is super convenient, just 200-300 m to the Nankai station. Amenities are fully provided. Me and my family were enjoyed staying here so much. Love it! Recommend for yall

Excellent location as it’s very close to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable.

Smooth check in & check out if follow the instructions in the email. The room is spacious for 4 persons with the facilities and amenities needed. The location is near Shin-Imamiya station which is easy access to Kansai International Airport.

Clean and cozy room, i will book this place again when travel to Osaka definitely!

空間大，設備齊全。 機場搭南海快鐵到新今宮非常快速。如果要搭動物園前站的車也可以。交通四方八達。 去Donki掃貨也是步行可到。去新世界逛也是很近。 不過這一站（新今宮）到晚上，周遭有很多遊民四處就地而睡（不干擾別人啦）。 整體分值高。推薦給大家。適合親子居住。

交通地點方便，但是附近沒什麼商家 買東西需要走一段路 房間乾淨整潔，還有附洗衣機跟洗衣粉可以洗衣服 洗完可以曬陽台，隔天早上衣服就乾了

新今宮站十分便利，是大阪一個中心點。一分鐘步程即達地鐵線及JR線車站，8分鐘可步行至激安之殿堂。民宿設備齊全，可用Line app與客服聯絡。

地點真的真的很方便，新今宮站，北出口行2分鐘便到，帶著行李最重要是近。自助check in,只要檢查清楚電郵，跟住密碼就可以進房！樓下有街頭食店，可以有東西作夜宵，行10分鐘左右就到通天閣，真的很方便。又有洗衣機及陽台，可洗衣服！ 唯獨房屋較暗，地毯有污漬，洗手間較小，一家四口未必夠用，因掛面巾地方都沒有，但這個價錢算很超值

숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 연박시 수건은 세탁기 빨아써야하는데 섬유유연제가 없어서 아쉽습니다. 샴푸린스 바디워시 다 있고 칫솔과 치약도있으나 치약은 오래 숙박시 더 필요합니다. 23개월 아기포함 총5명 식구가 아주 푹 쉬다갑니다. 아기때문에 물 필터기를 사갔는데 사용안해도 됬을정도로 깨끗했습니다 ^^ 숙소위치는 주유패스나 지하철패스 쓰시면 자주 걸으셔야합니다. JR이용시에는 숙소바로앞이라 가까운데 새벽부터 지하철소리가 좀 많이 들립니다 ^^ 깨끗하고 저렴하게 잘 묵고 갑니다!
