Place is convenient with many eateries nearby. Train station abt 5-6min walk away. Near shopping belt. Theres a lot of nightclubs around though. But it never feels unsafe to be honest. The hotel is clean and theres a drinking water tap in the room. Small rooms are expected but is not unreasonable for me here. Will stay again if i come back.

What amazed us was the bathroom.
It was separated into 3 parts. Spacious shower room, toilet room and a hand basin room. Small water bottles were placed on the table for us upon check in. It’s just 8-10 minutes walk to Glico Man signboard. And from there, you can find lots of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is worth for family groups up to 5 people. However, the room services are not that good as they don't have an actual receptionist to serve, you have to make a call from the front desk tablets to call the service center to request the room cleaning service. Also, my family group faces that their bed frames broke when we reported to them, they do nothing and didn't compensate us at all.
But overall, it is a good cost-performance place to have long-stayed in Osaka center part. I would definitely recommend family groups to have a nice stay. However, if your group is smaller than 5 members(like 3 or 4 people), I recommend you to stay at a hotel to have a good service instead of this kind of apartment hotel.

도톤보리와 가까워 위치는 최상이었습니다. 하지만, 가족 4명이 이용하기에는 다소 좁네요. 화장실 냄새로 약간 힘들었습니다.직원 친절도는 좋네요.
