Short walk from Osaka Station, had a quaint basement place with many izakayas off another small JR station. Hotel is clean beds comfy, free upgrade to a bigger room as well for me n my friends. Love the sauna as well. Interesting backlane and a lawsons conviniently located downstrs as well. Will stay again if in osaka

Good breakfast, nice location and quite convenient, the room is relatively small though, other than that everything is fine.

Location is a bit far from Osaka station (12-15 mins walk with suitcases). The services provided by a lady was terrible, I couldn’t find my tees in the dryer and asked for help, she provided very unprofessional and useless help which did not work at all. I had to waited for nearly an hour during midnight to get my clothes found. I have no idea why a customer service representative working in an Osaka CBD hotel cannot speak English at all. Will never be a return customer.

Nice stay! Hotel is in great location, Super convenient, Room not too small for hotel in the city with bathtub, Good amenities for all adults and kids, Also there’s make up table mirror with lights!! That’s rare in hotels, Somehow the city view with wide window remind me to ‘Lost in translation’ scene

Excellent business hotel, amongst the best 4 stars hotel I have stayed in Japan. The facilities were great, cleanliness top notch and rooms relatively big by Japan standards. It is also within walking distance to the Osaka / Umeda rail transportation hub and buses are aplenty nearby.

Apart from its location (which is a bit far from Osaka station), the whole experience is quite nice.

quite good hotel but the room is a bit small . walk 10 minutes, you can reach the metro ans JR.

Very good location, many restaurants around. There is a big pharmacy just below the hotel.

Amazing hotel! Great spa with sauna and cold plunge (the ladies one wasn't as good though!), super friendly and polite staff and great rooms in a fantastic location. Our room had a beautiful view and was a perfectly adequate size. Would 100% stay here again.
