Ulasan Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex

Relatively small room and bed was smaller than the usual queen size but comfortable enough for a night — for a quick transit. Checkin was automated, assisted with staff, and done within a few minutes. Amenities were provided at the front desk, with a take-what-you-need concept. Clean and comfortable for a night, and our level was only accessible for females which gave us assurance. Outside the hotel were a street of Izakaya and just across was a family mart — convenient to get what you need!

Good friendly service at lobby ! Better than next door Osaka New Hankyu! Ventilation is little bit poor ! Need open window ! Bit noisey ,since next to train tracks. Overall , very good for room size !

Very bad experience. I understand that there’s the eco-friendly policy that no cleaning service provided, however, no garbage collection for 3-day stay. Stinky smelly from toilet, don’t know where it came from.

Good hotel and close to many stores

We had a great stay here, the room is moderately sized but the bed is high for under bed luggage storage! The tub is very small almost child sized, but the location is great we were so close to everything major

Clean, tidy, and cozy room, quite close to Umeda station. Despite the room is super small (which is expected for hotels in Japan), everything is good. The self-service checkin/checkout is very convenient.

Location is good, but the room is very small even I have booked a studio twin bed room.

I have stayed in this hotel for many times, it is closed to main transportation facilities in downtown. You can eat everywhere nearby and a lot of shopping mall is around the areas. Hotel with 7小件 collect by yourself at anytime you needed

What is good? 1. Cozy room and nice staff 2. 10mins walk to JR and metro, plenty of shops and eateries around 3. Close to airport bus station and express bus terminus Need to improve: 1. No buffet breakfast due to covid, though you can have it at New Hankyu Hotel B1 2. No self service laundry machine, the closest coin laundry shop is about 20mins walk apart 3. Room not much sound proof, on one side facing road way while another side facing railway 4. Room temperature is a bit hot, air-conditioning is not adjustable even there is a knob Bonus: There is a Japanese restaurant at 3min walk from the hotel serving fried fish seto which is very tasty

Close to JR station, service is good. Quiet accommodation.
