Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex Reviews

Hotel New Hankyu Annex is a very good place to stay… very near to train station and airport limousine bus. There are many restaurants near by so we’ve eaten almost all kind of Japanese food just going outside our hotel. The eco friendly room is very practical especially if you’re not after cleaning your room everyday. Room is clean, especially the towels that they’re delivering to the room. The only downside of my stay is the very rude manager named Kakizaki. Upon check out, I do understand that we’re 30minutes late upon going down… we arrived 12:30nn in the front desk, and he’s already mad waiting for us there. I’m trying to explain our situation and he is not really willing to listen. I paid of course, but it really made me uncomfortable talking to him. It’s my first time encountering a rude Japanese man. Although all the other staff are very friendly, this man really got my nerves.

The hotel is a subsidiary hotel of New Hankyu hotel, it not only offers breakfast coupon viable in the New Hankyu, but also is quite close to the nearby subway system. Besides, the check in procedure is highly efficient, and after check out you can still storage your luggage at the hotel for a period of time, which is bravo. The only thing I can complain is the room space is too small to put in 2 big luggages.

Close to metro and many shopping places. Lots of restaurants and food hall to choose. Feeling great here in Osaka.

Conveniently located at Umeda. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Many restaurants around the hotel. The room is rather small but good enough for a single traveler.

The Hotel is a little bit walking distant from the train station, i got hard time to find the hotel on the first day. other than that the location is good. room is small but cosy enough for 2 ppl. i really love the hotel as it's so convenient.

Easy access from both Kansai Airport limousine bus or Itami Airport limousine bus. About 3 minutes walk. Beds are a little hard, good for one night stay before flying out.

Hotel is a bit aging but service is good. Close to hankyu station but need 10 mins walk to JR.

The location is very nice, located close to Umeda Station. It's pretty easy to access to the train and Airport bus.

Relatively small room and bed was smaller than the usual queen size but comfortable enough for a night — for a quick transit. Checkin was automated, assisted with staff, and done within a few minutes. Amenities were provided at the front desk, with a take-what-you-need concept. Clean and comfortable for a night, and our level was only accessible for females which gave us assurance. Outside the hotel were a street of Izakaya and just across was a family mart — convenient to get what you need!

The hotel is small but convenient. R many good restaurants nearby and airport bus is easy to find.

Good hygiene, facility and service. The location is nearby the station only takes 7-9 minutes.

Good friendly service at lobby ! Better than next door Osaka New Hankyu! Ventilation is little bit poor ! Need open window ! Bit noisey ,since next to train tracks. Overall , very good for room size !

Great stay although room a bit small - still had views of the skyline and ferris wheel. Very close to Kita's malls and shops - very convenient for start of trip into Osaka/Japan.
