The staff here are very friendly especially the receptionist that helped me, Aura. She was kind enough to help us upgrade our room after a sudden change of plans. She also recommended places to visit here in Osaka. Overall, the staff here are helpful and friendly. It should be noted that the staff here can speak Japanese, Chinese and English so that is very helpful. The room itself is nice. There is plenty of room. You can also store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Very convenient. However, it should be noted that the nearest metro station is a 10 minute way away. This can be troublesome if you're carrying big luggages. There is also a nearby Familymart around the corner.

小桃 made my first time in Osaka perfect. It felt as if I had my own personal Concierge. I extended my stay by 2 days and got free breakfast. Used WeChat to communicate since we are all Chinese :) Located near all the attractions. I walked everywhere. The rooms are bigger than I expected and has all the amenities. The wifi is perfect for remote worker like me! I was working est hours and was fine working throughout the night with family mart and restaurants near by.

This area like Chinatown. A lot of peoples from China stayed there and there is a duty free shops nearby and a lot of China tourists carrying their luggage. The room air conditioning very noisy. Can't sleep well when the weather is very cold and we wanna turn on heater. However the room is very big

Huge room for the price. It’s a bit far from the train station but manageable. Seems to be newly renovated. Only downside is the extremely thin walls

Center in few subway stations. About 14-18 minutes walking distance. Bathroom is small but the bedroom is big that can easily fit 3 big luggage. Night receptionist not English friendly, but can speak in Chinese.

They got big room for 2, for the bathroom is typically small like any other japanese hotel i think. Its walkable to dotonbori area and train station.

Hotel is clean and room are big enough to stay for two of us , inside got table for you to have your meal and also consider balcony too. The price is affordable for everyone. Thanks and we wishes to come back again .

Nice area, dotonbori is walkable. Not any sort of view and it is what you’d expect.

Excellent stay with very sizeable room compared to many others that are cramped. Glad to have chosen this location as it's away from the absolutely crowded Dotonburi but not too far from station (5 min walk). Staff speak multiple languages and Family Mart right just across the road. Close to many different dining options (not just Japanese) including Chinese, Korean, Filipino

Budget hotel with not great location as it is not as close to the attractions as others. Wifi was also not working and it got really wet during a rainy day. It is more like a AirBnb.

The actual check-out was at 10 in the morning then the late check-out can be extended by 2 hours with 3000 Yen. However, at 10:15, room cleaning workers suddenly opened the door and tried to get in to my room without any knock or bells.

Location is great, 15 min walk to shinshaibashi. But it’s quieter with some local grocery stores within the block. it’s a more like an Air BnB, with affordable prices, nothing much to complain. Wifi is the only problem. Terrible.

As its name suggested, it is located on the east side of Dontonbori (東心齋橋). However, it is quite far from any metro station. So on the day when you arrive or depart, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the closest subway station, which will not be easy if you have a big suitcase or if it rains. They seemed to have a lot of inexperienced staff working there without any proper training. The answer from one staff was always different from the other one. For example, we did not have any slippers in the room so we asked the front desk girl and she said the hotel does not provide slippers, which is not common in Japan. After a while, we asked another girl and she got us a pair from the store room. There is only 1 elevator in the whole building. Their rate is not high but if you are willing to pay a little more, you will find some other better options.
