Ulasan Arrow Hotel in ShinsaiBashi

Hotel is a little difficult to find. Maybe can put directions on how to find hotel in map. Air-conditioner/heater. Suggest to put instructions on how to use it in English. Had difficulty to figure out how to do right settings. Buffet breakfast was decent. No escalator from street level to first level. Need to carry luggage up a flight of steps.

I think it's great! It's clean, and they even provide breakfast, which was really good. They had fruit, rice, various dishes, bread, and more. Excellent value for money, and the bed was very comfortable and clean too.

We were not able to check in early even tho we requested it upon booking. We were all tired and our baby was fussy. We were forced to go out despite lack of sleep and distract the baby for a while. Thank God the receptionist made us check in an hour early after we went back to the hotel. The breakfast was great and location was amazing! We’ll book again soon!

Nice hotel . Room is clean breakfast also good

We love staying at this hotel. Not too far walking from Namba train station (fr Kansai airport) as well as shopping area and restaurants access. The staff are friendly and accommodating plus we like the breakfast food choices they have. The room has enough space for the 2 of us (with my husband).

Great location

Love this hotel! Even though its old and nothing fancy, but its very near and walkable, right next to dotonbori and other tourist attractions!

The place is strategically located between namba and shinsaibashi station, making it easy to travel around. The place it typically Japanese is size so perfectly understandable why it's miniscule. Breakfast is comparable to big hotels in Japan, so it's all good. The toilet area seems newly renovated considering that the rooms are kinda old. A good 👍 thing.

The room was spacious and fairly clean but a bit dusty behind the bedside table. Amenities were great and new towels and toothbrushes were provided daily along with room cleaning. The free breakfast was great with a good variety of western and japanese food including fresh fruit and vegetables. The location was good and a very short walk from nearby subway stations and the dotonbori area.

Everything was good , but needs the upgraded … the rooms looks old.

If you are mainly focusing on the location, this is the right place. Room quality worth the money but our room window has a defect which wind and sound leaked in.

Lovely hotel but look old and feel old but its ok cause they clean every day and the soap in the shower is amazing!! Had a great time there, the service was good, the stuff were kind and the location is amazing! You are close to every thing and in the middle but not in the middle of the chaos of shinsaibashi street Had lots of friends that stayed at shinsaibashi and they regret that!

The air condition was very loud and I couldn't sleep when it is on. At last I have to turn it off. The edge of the air condition air outlet has some mould. Not sure what kind of health damage it made. Hopefully not a lot.
