Ulasan Arrow Hotel in ShinsaiBashi

My first time at this hotel, I know it’s dated so I kept my expectations in check. It was the location and price that caught my eye. And wow, I was surprised by how well maintained it was. Yes, overall outlook was from the previous generation, but it was neat and clean. Room was definitely more spacious compared to some standard ones in Japan. The hotel aged well, chipped paint was not affecting my stay at all. They provided iced water in a thermo and it kept well into the next day. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One day I didn’t need cleaning service and they hung clean towels in a bag by my door. Breakfast was a nice start to my day. I would return here next time if my trip needs a base around this area.

Good breakfast and location. Reception could have been better. They did not allow us to leave luggage after checkout even if we are checking in the next day at the same hotel nor they accepted to keep it until afternoon when we book to our other hotel.

After staying here twice, this has become my go-to place in Osaka! It’s a clean and quiet budget option conveniently close to the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping area. The staff are incredibly nice and kind, and the cleaning ladies are some of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve ever met during my travels. For anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place near the heart of the city, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back here every time I visit Osaka.

The hotel was on a very convenient place, on walking distance to multiple metro Stations and dotonbori itself. Many restaurants and bars close by.

It's my 2nd time using this hotel. It is located just near a popular tourist place called Dotonbori. And it has good breakfast service as well. I hope to use it again.

The lolcation of Arrow Hotel is under 10 minutes walk to the Dotonbori River front areas where many restaurants are located. I recommend to stay at this hotel but must book your room to include breakfast.

A great budget option for exploring Osaka. The location is nice, very close to Dotonbori. My only nitpick is that it’s rather noisy at night with all the partying outside since it’s basically Osaka’s night life area. The rooms are okay, pretty small, but have everything necessary. Our window led to a brick wall, but we also had no high expectations in that regard. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast was surprisingly very nice. Kuraage chicken was especially good. Overall a nice experience, would recommend

The hotel is outdated cos room key is literally a key not card key. Our room is dusty me and my toddler got rashes on our first night. Location is near America mura, few mins walk to shin shaibashi. I would not recommend and would not book again here.

You can walk to the main street where famous stores are located, and Shinsaibashi-suji is nearby.

If your air con is not a great light illuminates the whole room in the middle of the night. The light is reflected on the mirror so it’s even stronger. Otherwise location and staff were awesome.

location is great, close to Shinsaibashi shopping, as for cleanliness, bedding and bathroom were good, except for those room was a bit dusty, there's mosquito (we didn't open wind at all)

It was just great! I liked it quite a lot, the location is amazing, but it would be better if the window could be opened :)
