Overall is a great place to stay, but I found dust rabbit at corners of the room. Kind of this one has rooms for improvement. The breakfast! Very good!

Whenever I visit Osaka I stay in this Hotel. Very near to Kitahama Subway Station and out going is convenient. The onsen and washing services are free. Recommend!

The chain provides basic accommodation until you get there and realise it’s more than a hotel bedroom. The bed was comfy and the the room arranged well enough to make it feel spacious. The perks are obviously the natural hot spring (open overnight) on the 13th floor and a massage chair that relaxes you after a long day walk. You also have free ice cream and 1-2 ramen noodle soup at night. Great stay!

I like this hotel that have drink section and free ice bars at the osen floor, as well as hundreds of comic and story books, and the free massage chair. That make me really relax during stay. It is surprisingly good

The room is very small and old. Not even have any windows. The hot spring is ok. But the whole hotel is very old. The staff not helpful and they not even want to deliver pillows to the room.

Always choose Dormy Inn. Free hot spring, free ramen at night, free ice-cream and free use of massage chairs all day. My best choice in Japan.

As great as usual, convenient location and comfortable onsen, the breakfast buffet is good too, highly recommended.

You can get to the hotel from Kitahama train station by taking exit 4. The room is clean and tidy, but the pillow is hard. The hotel has a spa so I can relax after shopping.

Amazing location and the hotel is just perfect from check in to hygiene standards. Onsen although is small it has two tubs, sauna,and two ofurô. They serve noodles from 21:30 to 23:00 complimentary and probiotics (Yakut) from 17:00 to 10:00. Room is small but just enough for anyone with small luggage . Price is reasonable and location is super near the metro.

The hotel facilities are really nice including their staff are super friendly. They will try to solve all your problem with their best. With their hotel guest only hot spring was really nice and surprisingly it is perfectly make you feel relax at the hotel. 3000% recommended
