Ulasan Toho Hotel（Namba Motomachi）

Best value hotel in Osaka! Had to book this hotel last minute and I was lucky to find a room while compact in size, was spacious enough to fit a couple large luggage, clean and most important of all, very close to Namba Nankai station for that quick trip to Kansai Airport. The hotel wasn’t hard to find, it’s about ~7-10 minutes walk from Namba Station. I find the surrounding area to be peaceful & quiet, even if it’s near a busy road. Rooms were compact as mentioned, but it was very clean. It is also spacious enough to fit at most two people with large suitcases. There’s toilet & bathroom is actually bigger than most of the standard 3-star Japan hotel rooms and it had a bath tub! My room also had a big window that gave me a view of the front street, - great sunlight in the morning. :) Staff was very helpful when I asked stuff to do around the area and the best way to get to the station - you just really need to walk! Unfortunately, there was no staff around when I had to check-out at ~4:30am (I waited for over 10 minutes and rang the front desk bell) to catch the first train to the airport. Just left my keys and a note on the front desk. The best part of this is its location. It literally near all the great spots and dining options in Namba. For the quality of this hotel & its location, the price of ~US$70 a night is a steal. Overall a 5/5 - would have given this a perfect 5 stars if not for the mishap checking-out but that is totally understandable as it was very early in the morning. Highly recommended and would definitely be back next time I’m in Osaka!

Soft bed, nice beddings, the toilet smell a bit, probably problem with drainage but it is bearable. For this price, it's worth staying.

I was very surprised with how big the hotel room is! I was expecting a third of what the actual size is. It was near a lot of food places and train stations. Would highly recommend. The water pressure and Japanese toilets are impeccable. It was also pristine clean!

Good hotel in a great location, close to JR stations and all the main amenities in Osaka.

The room is rather small which is kind of standard in big cities in Japan. Facilities and services are basic but it is commensurate with the value of the the daily charges. Recommend for traveler who only need a place to sleep with basic amenities.

Checkin was fast, room was actually quite spacious for 1 person. Room very clean as well. Location may be quite a distance to the nearest train station around 10 to 15 minutes walk. But still worth the given price.

Hotel is clean with suffice space for solo traveller. Aircon is cold and strong wind.. Location wise abit far especially for traveller w heavy luggage to push all the way to Namba station. Overall its a good experience staying with Toho..

The room is comparatively large in Osaka if you don't mind an everyday walk to the train station for about 10-12 mins.

Hotel is clean and bright. Location is slightly out of the way, about 10 minutes walk to the metro entrance, and another 5-10 minutes walk to the train platform. Although it is located in Namba, it is still far from the downtown Namba site. But for its price, i think it is worth it. No problems with the room and stay and I enjoyed it there.

The hotel is rather cheap and probably for business travel. Nothing really wrong about the place, but not very cozy.

Nice and clean hotel, the staff are helpful. Although need a 10mins walk to the nearby train station, there are 24 hrs AEON supermarket nearby. Recommended for everyone.
