Ulasan Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi

The best hotel so far that we stayed in during our Osaka trip. Room was clean amenities was great. Very near to metro and check in was smooth too!! Only dwnside is japanese hotels only provide 1 pillow each and its really small. Hahaah. But other then that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit osaka again.

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.  Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.  Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

Overall stay was clean and comfortable in my personal opinion. Only a 10 to max 20 minutes walk to the attractions. Local stores. Most likely to come again if I’m solo travel 😁

The hotel is near to the station, but the toilet is a bit smell and it cannot be stopped.

The staffs are friendly and the washing machine was super helpful. Checkout process is quick and easy. The room is 19 m^2, big enough to allow me to open up my luggage on the floor. However, I don’t think the room is cleaned entirely before my check-in. There are some stuffs on floor and dust at the corner.

Big room for a 3 pax. Hotel upgraded us. Very clean with easy access to metro lines. Recommended for family with kids.

Location is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Amendities are sufficient and the environment is clean. There are vending machines and a washing machine on the lower floors. Its a nice place to stay for solo travellers and is relatively near to dotonburi area. There are also multiple convenience stores in the area.

There are hairs on the bed. Need inprovement on cleanliness. Location is a little far from station especially when u have luggages. Only advantage is the washing machine.

Room is great, was spacious and with washing machine. Walking distance to train stations as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very good for 3 star hotel. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer inside the room.

It’s quite close to Dotonbori. Bedsheets were clean but the blanket was too small. Overall it is a good hotel compare to the one in Tokyo

With cozy clean room in good location in OSAKA n serving good breakfast everyday, I will consider to stay again if visit here again.

The hotel is very well located right next to the metro exit 11 of the Sakaisuji Hommachi metro station. It is also centrally located, I.e. in the middle of Umeda, Namba and Osaka castle. The rooms were big and clean. There was even a sink, a washer/dryer and microwave in the room. My only issue was that limited housekeeping services were provided, but that seems to be the norm in japan.

- The hotel is in a good location as it’s close to two metro stations, plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips. - The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet. - Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it. - Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.
