Ulasan Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi

Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

5/5. I will book this again when I come to Japan. the room is clean and there is a washing machine in the room. which we like it as it can wash rinse, spin, and dry. it is 2 stations away, but the location to Food Street is good.

Small but cozy, very comfortable, organised and clean. The location is perfect, near metro station, in a nice area well connected with main train station.

First tome at this hotel and it was good. Very spacious for 3 ppls. Clean but the daily cleaning is only taking away rubbish and changing towels which think isn’t enough as used all tissues but didn’t replace and had to go to get myself. Gym was ok wasn’t the best but clean. But the location is great and near to places.

The room is quite comfortable, bathroom is big. Room is equipped with washing machine and microwave which it’s quite handy. Free amenities besides receptionist desk I stayed 4 nights, No room cleaning and bedding unless you request it at reception desk. But can request for changing towel everyday. Breakfast options are more to western style. Not much choices but still is delicious

The best hotel so far that we stayed in during our Osaka trip. Room was clean amenities was great. Very near to metro and check in was smooth too!! Only dwnside is japanese hotels only provide 1 pillow each and its really small. Hahaah. But other then that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit osaka again.

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.  Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.  Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

Overall stay was clean and comfortable in my personal opinion. Only a 10 to max 20 minutes walk to the attractions. Local stores. Most likely to come again if I’m solo travel 😁

The hotel is near to the station, but the toilet is a bit smell and it cannot be stopped.

lounge opens till 9pm. However staff informed us that it is already closed when we arrived at 8pm. The breakfast has limited varieties. By the time of 9am, there are not many items left and no more top up is available despite the breakfast time ends at 9:30am. Staffs started clearing up the buffet area even before 9am. Bedsheet will only be changed once a week. If your stay is shorter than a week, it is chargeable for bedsheet changing.

It was accessible to metro station. Second stay and enjoy that the amenities are compact. The flush of the toilet is not able to function to heat the seat, but other than that it’s an acceptable stay if you’re on a budget !

The worse reception staff ever. The girl staff name start with a letter J at the reception show disrespect and unprofessional behaviour. Limited house service, doesn’t feel welcome at all.

Location was great. Close to subway stations and Dotonburi. It was clean, and the washing machine in the room is really handy.
