Ulasan Hotel the Grandee Shinsaibashi

Great space, clean room and wonderful distance. To top it off, free use of the lounge with complimentary drinks and dessert provided! My family thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

This hotel located right inside Shinsaibashi. It is 3-4 minutes walk to the nearest station I booked a twin premium room with 2 queen beds and able to accommodate a family of 4. It is spacious with 450 sq ft. and bathroom is wonderful if you care about soaking yourself in a bath tub. We stayed for 4 nights located few blocks down to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi mall. Overall the hotel is good if you want to find a spacious room to stay with families. There is a lounge which only opens at 1:30 pm until 11 pm to serve alcohol, coffee, and tea. Just don't expect too much from the quality. The staff are friendly but feel they can be less strict on rules in check in time. We were there early at noon and went back at 2:30 pm and ask for room and they would tell us to come back at 3 pm.

The hotel room is large and comfortable. The jacuzzi is good. Convenient location. Service acceptable

Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are about a 5-10 minute walk away, so it's easy to go out and have fun, and the room was so spacious and cute, so I highly recommend it for solo travelers as well as couples ^ ^ I was also happy to find BVLGARI shampoo and conditioner

There are many bars and restaurants near the hotel. It only takes 4-5 minutes to isolate the Shinsaibashi shopping street and only 3 minutes to isolate the Changkubashi Station. Transportation and food are very convenient. The room is bigger than the hotel in Shinsaibashi Namba, but the room lights and corridor lights are really dim, and there is no natural light in the room, so I'm not used to it. The service is pretty good, but you have to remember to put up a sign every day to ask the staff to clean or just change the towels. One day, I forgot to put up the sign and even the free water was gone😅. The building downstairs has free water, juice, wine and cake for guests. , the last time seems to be 10pm. I will introduce it to my friends and consider booking this hotel again

We stayed in room 311, which I think is OK. It is quite big and the bed is OK, but the lighting is a little dim. The service is also good. Check-in is at 3pm. We arrived at noon and checked our luggage. When we came back, our luggage had been moved into the room. Check-out is at 11am. It costs about 200 yuan to delay it for one hour. I forgot to take photos.

Close to Shinsaibashi but not noisy, great location!
