It’s well located with the metro and keihan line station right in front of the hotel. There is also a shopping mall above the station, making it easy for shopping and dining. It’s within short walking distance to the osaka castle.

The train station and mall is just opposite the hotel!! Walkable distance to Osaka castle and also a market. The breakfast was not bad too. Super super happy with this hotel.

The hotel was correct although the rooms were small and unattractive. Conveniently located near the train station. The downside is that it's not particularly charming. The breakfast was good. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.

Hotel cleanliness was superb, very good location just directly opposite a decent-sized shopping mall. There’s two train line accessible from the mall basement as well. Will definitely recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! While the room was a bit on the small side with limited storage space, it was quite standard for Japan and didn't detract from my overall enjoyment. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast – absolutely amazing! Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread that set a positive tone for the day. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was the lovely staff. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the price was a fantastic value for what you receive. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. Major landmarks were easily accessible, and with the train station and metro lines right outside, I had no trouble getting around. Plus, there’s a mall nearby where I could pick up any necessities I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, all at a reasonable price!

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and "Western" culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

The location is very near to metro station and room is very clean. Room have smart tv as well. Registration staff also friendly

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

Clean and big room, modern design same as shown in photos. Walkable distance to metro and JR station with lots of eateries around. Will definitely recommended to those who travel to Osaka 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
