This property is really convenient, everything are close by, even Tsutenkaku tower in walking distance, the other good thing is they even prepare a washing machine inside the room. I’ll come back for sure!

I stayed for 3 nights. The location is great, very close to Tsutenkaku Tower and about a 7-minute walk from Ebisucho Station. It's also conveniently situated near the shopping districts in Nihonbashi. It would have been even better if they offered bicycle rental services, as many attractions are only about a 15-minute bike ride away. Walking to all these places for two days straight really tired me out. The only downside was the absence of room cleaning. After multiple nights without any housekeeping, the room definitely started to feel a bit dirty!

The kitchenette and washing machine in the room were incredibly convenient – a huge plus! There was also a balcony, which was great for drying clothes quickly after doing laundry. The only minor inconvenience was the short walk to both the train station and the nearest convenience store.

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a tranquil and welcoming haven. From the moment I entered the lobby, the soft lighting and gentle music intertwined, instantly soothing my tired body and mind. The front desk staff greeted me with warm and genuine smiles, and their efficient and meticulous handling of the check-in process made me feel as cared for as if I were at home. It's like the ultimate all-rounder in the hotel world, hitting all the right notes. The moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk was as warm as a little sun, beaming with such a radiant smile, saying 'Welcome!' over and over. I was almost overwhelmed, feeling like some kind of superstar. Stepping into the room, I exclaimed, 'Wow!' It was so clean it practically sparkled. The bed was incredibly soft; I lay down and felt like I'd sunk into a pile of marshmallows – almost didn't want to get up! And the facilities? Absolutely comprehensive, they had everything, practically just short of assigning me a personal butler! And I simply *have* to mention the hotel breakfast – the variety was so vast, it was like a mini food fair! They had Chinese options like Youtiao and soy milk, and Western staples like bread and coffee. Whatever your taste, you're sure to find something you love. I ate so much for breakfast, I felt like I could go until dinner! The hotel's location is also superb, right in the city center. Step outside, and you're surrounded by all sorts of malls and attractions, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. All in all, staying at this hotel was an absolute steal, and I'm already planning my next visit! My stay at this hotel was overall very positive. The services and facilities met all basic requirements, making it a recommendable option for friends in need of accommodation during their travels. The hotel's service was excellent. Check-in and check-out processes were handled efficiently and patiently, and any issues encountered were promptly addressed and resolved. Room cleaning was thorough, with fresh towels and replenished toiletries provided daily, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The room's hardware facilities were quite comprehensive. The bed was clean and tidy, with a mattress of moderate firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom fixtures functioned properly, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of decent quality. The in-room air conditioning had excellent cooling, and the Wi-Fi signal was very stable, making it suitable for both business travel and leisure stays. The hotel offered a variety of dining options. The breakfast selection was extensive, including both Chinese and Western main courses, beverages, and fruits, catering to diverse guest preferences. The restaurant environment was clean and tidy, and the service staff were friendly. Its prime location is a significant advantage of this hotel. Situated in a conveniently accessible area, it has subway and bus stations nearby, making transportation incredibly easy. Additionally, there are shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants in the vicinity, providing complete living amenities.

The hotel room is moderately sized, with a washing machine for daily laundry. The bathroom is larger than those in other hotels, but the location is average, requiring a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The closest convenience store is also a bit of a walk away.

The self-check-in process was incredibly straightforward and hassle-free. My flight was significantly delayed due to bad weather, so I contacted them beforehand, and their response was exceptionally kind and reassuring. On the first floor, there's a common area with vending machines where you can get light refreshments like green tea or coffee. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, and a rack for hanging clothes. The bathroom was also immaculately clean, which I truly appreciated. It featured a bidet, and both shampoo and body wash were conveniently provided. A hairdryer was also available. For towels, you can exchange used ones for fresh ones by politely returning them during the owner's designated hours. My only minor quibble was that the air conditioning temperature seemed to be fixed. It was quite warm, which was a slight disappointment, but overall, it was still perfectly manageable. While the location is a bit of a walk from Dotonbori, it's certainly not too far to be inconvenient on foot, so I found it quite acceptable. If I find myself in the Osaka area again, this would definitely be a place I'd consider staying at once more! All in all, it was a great stay!

The hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk was also incredibly helpful. It's conveniently located not far from Ebisucho and Tsutenkaku, and the surrounding area offers excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's great value for money, conveniently located just 400 meters from the subway station. A real plus was having a washing machine and fridge in the room, and the bathroom was quite spacious too!

The room is fully equipped with amenities, including a washing machine, a cooking hob, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. They even provide a drying rack! It's so convenient to buy groceries from the supermarket and cook your own meals at the hotel.

Nice hotel but situated on a very busy road next to the highway, so could get a bit noisy with the passing traffic. At first we felt that we were in the middle of nowhere as there are lots of auto workshops nearby. We realised that there was a few convenience stores about a five minute walk and the subway station was about an eight minute walk. The local markets and shops were also an eight minute walk. We also realised that we were very near to the zoo and the Osaka tower, both being about a five minute walk. The room was spacious and fad a washing machine. There was also a microwave and electric hot plate available. As we got used to the surroundings we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Definitely recommend

The surrounding area was quite noisy at night, which made for a poor night's sleep.
