Excellent location - accessible to all JR and subways. So convenient to move from place to place like Nara, Kobe and Kyoto. It’s a pity that it’s closing in Jan 2025. I don’t mind staying at the same hotel if I’m going to Osakaz

Overall, this beautiful hotel surpassed all my expectations. It was a haven of luxury, tranquility, and refined elegance. Super duper convenient for family with little children. The Kansai shuttle airport bus stop is right at the hotel entrance!!!! There’s no more strategic location than this place. The room is designed very nicely , neatly and carefully. Despite the size because of its location, there is definitely enough space for your stuff due to the well designed shelves all over the room. Next time, we will definitely select this hotel for our family!

Convenient for traveling from the airport by bus, but less so by train due to a considerable walk from the station. Additionally, you'll need to carry your luggage down the stairs unless you take a longer route to find an elevator. Unfortunately, the front desk staff's attitude we received was not very welcoming.

Disappointed, I have never been to a hotel that is so small and lack of space. After the two beds that is no more space for moving.

I couldn't criticise a 60-year-old hotel. (See attached photo) The only advantage is traffic convenience. The other aspects are not recommended. It's to be closed in early 2025.

It's convenient, it's clean. I love it. I'll come back next time for sure !

The best location for me because right next to Kansai Airport Limousine Bus Umeda Station! Easy access to JR Osaka Station and Osaka Metro. Walking distance to Lucua Mall, Hep 5, two big department stores Daimaru and Hankyu. Great shopping location. Highly recommended to all shoppers.

small room and not so comfortable compare to other bigger hptel room we stay during the trip. But location very good, easily acess to shopping mall & Ichiran Ramen (just across the road).

It's location makes it a good choice as the train station is just close by. The airport bus limousine also stops beside the hotel which makes reaching the hotel after our flight a breeze! Highly recommended!

It is sad indeed that this hotel will cease its operation in 2025, after opening for 60 years. The location is honestly unbeatable, whether you are connected via airport bus, JR line, Hankyu line, Midusoji line, the exit and access is just around the corners. The only problem with them is understaff meaning there won’t be any cleaning of the room which includes collecting room trash, change of bedsheets or vacuuming. However they do replenish fresh towels and bottle water daily. You can paid an extra 2000yen daily for the cleaning of the room, but since our stay is only for 3 days. We didn’t see the need for it. Otherwise, friendly staff’s, easy and convenience access if you live in Umeda.

Upon reaching the bus shuttle station waiting to board the airport bus, a family member realised her sling bag with her passport was missing! This harrowing incident had a sweet ending thanks to the helpful counter staff. It would be unthinkable if the sling bag was not found & returned.

Hotel location is ideal. The room is clean and comfortable. Always our choice of hotel in Osaka.
