Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

Hotel muito bem localizado , próximo a supermercados , lojas de departamentos, outlet shopping e parques de diversão. O serviço de limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar pois só é realizado 2 x na semana . A pressão da água do chuveiro é fraca e por se tratar de um quarto para 4 pessoas poderia ter mais cadeiras dentro do quarto para dar mais apoio e suporte em eventuais refeições dentro do quarto . A iluminação no quarto é deficiente, apenas abajour. Mas nada disso atrapalhou nossa estadia , pois ficamos mais tempo na rua do que no hotel . O café da manhã incluso na diária é ótimo ! Excelente custo benefício.

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean rooms an areas, well maintained structure, family oriented. The pool area is very clean and comfortable. The kids play ground is a dream, also have educational games for all ages. Staff is always smiling and very charming. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean, the children’s will love the Mickey pancakes. Definitely will return very soon.

Biliknya bagus dan perkhidmatannya hebat. Saya menyukainya. Malangnya apabila saya bangun pada waktu pagi saya mengalami gigitan yang menyakitkan di seluruh buku lali dan kaki saya. Saya kemudian mendapati ia adalah gigitan pepijat katil.
