Sia Resort & Spa was a really great stay. The hotel was completed in Sept 2025 and we stayed here for our trip to Tsaghkadzor. Our Suite was very large and very clean with great modern interior. Hearing worked well and was very quiet. Bathroom was big and very well lit. Did not get a chance to check out the heated pool or the spa but plan on it next time we visit. Garnik (general manager) and Harut were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. As was all the other staff, just spoke more with Garnik and Harut. My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay here up in the mountains of Armenia and we will be booking again in the future. No complaints. There was an issue with breakfast not being included in their system but once I showed my online booking info they checked with management and confirmed it was correct and it was all taken care of in less than 2 minutes. Glad to know Sia Resort has excellent staff and rooms so close to everything in Tsaghkadzor.

The hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. The staff is really friendly and helpful. For vegetarians who also eat eggs, there are limited food options, but they taste good. Two cons that I felt could have been improved: - There were a lot of houseflies near the window which was a but annoying. And in the morning, you’ll find a lot of dead houseflies at the bottom of the window - The room size might theoretically look big, but because a lot of the room size is used up in the stairs, it’s actually just a bedroom with some walking space around the bed. I would recommend to book a bigger room at this property.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

We had a fantastic stay here with family. The location offers incredible views and wonderfully fresh air. The room was immaculate and came with all the amenities you could want. Staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful (easily 10/10). Would happily return!

Мы с дочкой уходили рано утром и приходили заполночь, поэтому Нам было важно просто чтобы было где переночевать и принять душ- если без претензий и не придираться , то в целом, За эту стоимость пойдет))  Полотенца чистые, шампунь есть. Телевизор  холодильник тоже в номере есть. Завтраки средние однообразные ( сосиски, колбаска, сыр, вареные яйца, десерт, чай , кофе растворимый),  но опять же повторюсь что за эти деньги нормально.  В день раннего выезда обычно везде в отелях  дают сухой паек, тут ничего нам так и не подготовили, хотя мы дважды об этом говорили.  Доя бюджетного ночлега норм.

The room is minimal. Bed, bed-covered bunks, table, refrigerator and closet. Air conditioning is, on the window is a mask net. Slippers are available. My furnishings are also available. When the floor seemed not very clean, the bathroom smelled badly of sewage, it had to ventilate for a long time. There are two open pools on the territory, as can be ordered by the menu, the prices are as in Garney restaurants. The staff was kind, responding to all requests in time

就是蘇聯期間的一個療養院。離埃裏温遠得很駕車一個小時上下。山裡的一個純樸村莊邊上。一切都是很老舊但吃得好而且是很好

The hotel has a great location, next to the ski slope, the hotel itself is large and elegant. The area of the hotel is huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with sauna, necessarily to visit)))) in the room there is a teapot and 2 bottles of water, but there is no tea or coffee ... In general very pleasant after-tasting
