Arrived in Oslo specifically to see the Sam Smith concert. Could walk to and from the venue. This hotel has one of the best concierges in the business! Andrea was amazing - she answered every question and connected me with amazing providers. The bartenders are super nice. Staff is great. Front desk staff are super patient and you cannot beat the location. The room had a very nice balcony. It was clean and comfortable - if a bit pricey but in a country with 25% VAT what do you expect? Really liked the city and hope to return again one day.

Great location and at a good price. The hotel had a roof lounge and table tennis in the basement. Cleaners were very proactive & the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The receptionist wouldn't make eye contact with you, nevermind talk. The position was rotated & still the same, in their defence the lobby is a cafe, which I imagine gets busy.

Thon Hotel Opera is located very conveniently across the road from the railway station, connecting you with the airport and other parts of Norway. It is about a block from the waterfront and the Opera House and very easily located within walking distances of the CBD, restaurants and shopping. It has large rooms, good shower and good wifi. The breakfasts are also very good. Dinner was one of a set menu and was OK

Oslo, the first experience in a country with a high standard of living. You are impressed by the culture promoted to be Eco Style. Electric cars all print this. The city center, Bucharest University Square from the 90s, with Palestinian and Ukrainian protesters, tents, bonfires! It's what you want in a stay, to feel democracy and freedom of expression. But I don't think that when you are a tourist it is what you expect from Oslo and what it offers you. The sound of luxury cars with flags flying through the hatches, which tour the city every evening after 19:00 pm, tell you that Oslo and Norway has lost its landmarks. It's a pity that you find these things on your pocket, on a mini-excursion that should have been a magnificent experience that will make you come back despite the cold and cold atmosphere of the North.

My understanding, and that of a couple who shared the apartment with me was that we would each have a private room in a hostel. This isn't a hostel at all, the budget option is actually an apartment share which we were only informed of when we arrived. Firstly, I will say the bed was really confortable with nice linen and the space for my possessions in my room was good, a nice large mirror too. The kitchen was ill-equiped, the door on the fridge only sealed if I placed a chair against it, and the utensils and knives and forks etc were not adequate if the place was full. Could have done with being re-decorated as rather tatty. The bedrooms have windows into the main living areas, but not to the outside, so fresh air was limited, and with flimsy curtains over those bedroom windows there was less privacy than was optimum, particularly when sharing with strangers. The doors to our rooms were extremely squeaky. Three bedrooms share the kitchen/living area and bathroom, so up to six people which should be manageable but IT IS NOT A HOSTEL. There was no information at all concerning local amenities, and no cloths etc for keeping the communal area clean. I requested and received dish soap from reception and was given a towel instead of a cloth to keep the kitchen clean. No hand soap was provided as the dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom were empty, something that should never happen at the present time. Whether you share or rent self-contained accommodation for your own party greater attention to detail would greatly improve things.

Quality Hotel 在挪威算排前四五的連鎖酒店, 走北欧風, 总是注重外观, 但欠温度。 与前两天住過的Radisson Red 很像, 硬件简约华麗, 房間付上50寸大电视 (內置YouTube, 可自己調看华語視频) ，彷彿住進小豪宅！ 落地玻璃窗外望, 家家戶戶佈置了聖誕燈飾, 高尚小區滿地白雪, 蠻好看。 但住進去简约得就只有兩只水杯加毛巾了，梘液也是四合一(洗发水, 護发素, 淋浴露及洗手液合一瓶！)基本上所有日常生活品連熟水均須自理。 不設收拾房间服务, 要特别向前台要求才特别处理! 房燈倩調幽暗得連空調屏幕也看不清操作！ Quality Hasle Linie 好像是己重建高级住宅的原工业区, 离地鉄Hasle 站走上坡五分钟左右, 但懂路会從Loren 站下來較轻松, 也是五分鈡但路不易找! 下路也有60号公車行经, 但班次不多。 包早歺价也化算, 十多二十款食物挺豐富, 但差不多全部北欧酒店有自助早歺都千偏一律7天不变, 而且都生冷少水食品，如煙三文/ 芝士/ 凍腿片/ 炸煙片炒蛋/ 水果/ 面包。 每天零下十多度食多也受不了! 😹

The staff went above and beyond, I am amazed about their professionalism and their hospitality . It was one of the best hotel and staff that I ever met! The general manager, receptionists, cleaning staffs , everyone was very helpful and friendly . The hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The check-in time is 16:00. I suppose to receive the pin code of the main entrance and the information of my room by 16:00 according to the confirmation e-mail. I didn't receive the e-mail at that time. I was not able to call. Some locals help us to give a call. My friend gave his e-mail address to the staff but he still cannot receive the pin code. We were not able to get in. I finally receive the e-mail from the hotel 40 minutes after the check-in time. We waited for so long. That's an awful experience. By the way, there is a chewed bubble gum on the kitchen table...
