Not only is the space, so inviting and wonderful the service is beyond anything you could imagine! It is likely the most loveliest place to experience Tuscany! Their experiences are well worth the investment as well!

From the minute we arrived the Staff was over the top in service. This charming boutique hotel was everything plus more. The post card views of the city of Montipulciano during the day and night are amazing. The pool and spa area are beautiful. The food was outstanding. We did the wine tasting and Daniel was very knowledgeable educating us on the wine region. You must stay here it's a one of a kind experience. We will definitely return soon, Thank you Lupaia - we can't say enough good things about our stay!!!!

We happened upon this jewel as a referral from a friend. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed we were in awe of this property. Being in the hospitality and events industry myself, I am sometimes hard to impress but from the staff, to the guest rooms and special touches (they thought of everything) , the meticulously kept grounds (the pool, the incredible views, the beautiful bar and restaurant, etc), and the amazing dining experience, this may have been the best stay of my 30+ years of traveling. My husband and I enjoyed most everything Lupaia had to offer and the staff was there to be sure we were well taken care of. They make everyone feel special and are there when needed. We went wine tasting, drove to the nearby towns and it was a fabulous adventure. We are already discussing our next trip back, 3 days was not enough! Thank you to Fabio, Christine, Emma, Silvio, Daniel and the entire staff...job well done.

We had a very nice stay at Lupaia. The setting is just beautiful with views of the green hills of Tuscany tucked right between Montepulciano and Montefollonico. The staff were friendly and attentive, and gave great recommendations and assisted with last minute winery bookings. We booked a junior suite which was very spacious and had views in every direction. The food was also very good - we ate dinner one night at the restaurant, and breakfast both mornings. We would absolutely return to Lupaia if ever heading back to Tuscany.

The property was magical! Every minute detail was thought through! We were warmly welcomed by Paola upon arrival. The suite was beautifully decorated and welcoming with stunning 360 degree views. The gardens were gorgeous with their many varieties of blooms. Every single member of staff (and the owners) showed hospitality and genuine warmth. The food was incredible and breakfast portions ideal so that we could try as many items as we liked on the menu. We loved the sunny disposition of Emma. The restaurant manager, Daniel and Silvio (who makes wonderful *****ni cocktails) and served us each evening connect well with guests in a non-obtrusive manner. It was a perfect close to our annual Italian holiday!

Our stay at Lupaia was true perfection. It surpassed our stay at St. Regis Venice in every way. The beauty of the property leaves you stunned. At checkin, you are greeted with a welcome drink while your bags are delivered to your room. Our room was a true Tuscan dream with the most amazing bed and linens. Lupaia has their own chef and uses all local ingredients. We chose the 4 course dinner every evening, and each meal was delicious. The local wines offered were always on point. The staff is what makes Lupaia so special. The small details wowed us, and wished we could have stayed longer. A big thank you to Fabio, Silvio, and Emma for their impeccable service. We are already planning to return for our 30th wedding anniversary and want to share this special place with our family.

Lupaia is an absolute dream. An absolutely stunning property with views so beautiful you can hardly believe they are real. The team is wonderful and truly make you feel as if you are home. The restaurant is spectacular. Don’t miss the truffle hunting with Pierpaulo - what a treat to learn from such a wonderful man. The cooking class is another highlight! It was so incredibly difficult to leave - but we are already planning our return visit. Highly recommended.

Lupaia is one of my favorite stays in all of Italy and it never disappoints. It is truly a 5 star, boutique hotel experience. The staff makes you feel like part of the family and the service is outstanding. Every need is anticipated or taken care of immediately and discreetly. The rooms are plush and well appointed with towels, slippers, waters and little gifts at welcome and turn down. I have experienced 4 of the 12 rooms and loved them all. The restaurant is exceptional. The chef is incredibly talented and the food is fresh and locally sourced. Don't bother trying nearby restaurants because Lupaia's is truly the best in the area and it's honestly some of the best Italian food I have eaten in 4 years of living and travelling in Italy. This time I travelled with my 21 year old son and we had a pasta making cooking class for lunch and a wine tasting experience before dinner. Both were amazing and above and beyond my expectations. Lupaia is pricey but worth every cent.

We heavily researched which hotel we wanted to spend our time in Tuscany on our honeymoon. Ultimately, we chose Lupaia. We had high expectations. They exceeded our expectations, in every way imaginable. The beauty of a small hotel is you get to know the team, and that’s just what happens here at Lupaia. The food is impeccable. We drove to Cortona for what many said was the best meal in Tuscany. The dinner at Lupaia blew it out of the water. And the breakfast each morning was the best we had on our trip. Simply put, if you’re looking for an oasis in Tuscany, this is your spot. The only thing I could find that you should know is the road up to the property is dirt and a bit bumpy. But it’s what makes Lupaia, Lupaia - the perfect hidden oasis in Tuscany
