Ulasan Sand Beach Resort

The hotel is old, but the problem is that it is extremely poorly maintained, the room is deteriorated. The floor all dusty and full of black dirt. Staff are not very kind. On the private beach, which is very bad, an employee was asking if my wife was married... and asked my wife to take pictures with him... an absurdity, a lot of inelegantness and lack of respect. Look for other place to stay.

They charges me for 30$ more .....for what ...??? 😡😡😡

Отличный отель для троечки. В этот отель приезжаем пятый год. Все устраивает. Есть моменты конечно, но не критично, главное море и 20 дней отдыха. Расположение возле старого города и недалеко на такси улица Шаратон.

Хороший бюджетный отель.Отличное соотношение ,цена -качество .Единственный минус , сильный убитый номерной фонд. Планирую вернуться в апреле --мае.

فندق سئ بكل المقاييس، من اول الريسبشن للعمالة اسوء ما فيه الموظفين. اول مدخلت الفندق بقوله ليا حجز بيقولى حاجز عن طريق ايه بقوله ********** يقولى ايه ده. قولتله اون لاين حضرتك بيقولى لا احنا مش بنشتغل اون لاين و فى الاخر الحجز طلع موجود. ثانيا بيقولى الحجز من غير وجبات خالص و انا حاسه بيضحك عليا لاني حاجز بالفطار. ثالثا: الاوضة متواضعة دى مش مشكلة لانى رايح عارف ان الفندق ٣ نجوم المشكلة ان حتى حجارة ريموت التكييف معضوضة و خلصانة و طلبت لو سمحت عاوز حجر للريموت عشان اعرف اتحكم فى التكييف البيل مان كلم حد فى التليفون عشان يجيبلى الحجر و محدش عبرنى. رااااااابعا و دى الكارثة ارجع من بره الاقى باب الغرفة مفتوحة حتى مش مقفولة من غير مفتاح لا دى مفتوح الباب و متساب و شنطى جوه الاوضة و لاب توب و عهده جوه الاوضة و الاوضة متسابة عادى بمنتهى الاستهتار، و انا عارف ان لو حصل مشكلة او حاجة اتسرقت الفندق عمره ما هيتصرف

I've been coming here for three years now, staying for a month twice a year. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is very well protected from the wind, which is especially important in winter in Hurghada. The food is no frills, but you won't leave hungry. In winter there are very few guests, but I find this to be a huge advantage. First of all, it's very quiet here. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is for you. The staff is friendly. There is hot water in the rooms, there are no problems with it. Secondly, the rooms are cozy for this price. If the purpose of your trip is diving or excursions, and you do not require luxury rooms, come here. Thirdly, usually, like the wind at sea, hotels immediately raise a red flag, and that’s it. The sea is closed to you. Here - welcome to the sea, there will be no questions for you. Nearby is Hurghada city center, with a supermarket. You can always buy what you need.

Hotel was fantastic food was amazing and the staff were very hospitable,, the room was nice, and loved the pool and beach. Read so many bad reviews before going and that was absolutely rubbish, fell in love with this hotel, they even were happy to bring you drinks down to the beach, a lovely man there even makes sure you've sunlounger all comfy, they go above and beyond, will be going again couldn't recommend Sand beach enough, all inclusive,, breakfast 7 til 10, lunch is 1 til 3 (may have mixed that up) dinner from 7 all inclusive drinks 10 till 11

Terrible hotel, terrible food and terrible experience,I've been to hurgarda a few times but have never stayed in a worse hotel,the rooms are dirty on arrival,the food even worse,the drinks on all inclusive are in very small (mouthful),the room cleaning staff don't clean unless you're in the room as they want tips so they don't give you toilet paper or towels unless you ask,the whole place is a racket to get tips,the hotel itself is in disrepair broken tiles in the pools no handrail in deep pool ,broken tiles around the pool,I don't take much notice of reviews when I book but please take this one seriously,the hotel should be shut down it's that bad,the staff are worse.please avoid at all costs.

Arrived just after Ramadan so was hectic with Egyptians which Was fine they were friendly & polite. Had a couple little mishaps over the AI drinks but they were quickly resolved. Rooms a bit dated but only needed for sleep & shower Couldn’t fault the staff especially ashour the beach & pool guy. Loungers & mattress out every day Charlie the tour guy & Mike in the restaurant Will definitely return

Couple mishaps quickly resolved,all friendly staff Hassan on reception, Mike in restaurant,Charlie for the tours & ashour the beach & pool guy he looked after us everyday on the beach,mattresses & towels. Not forgetting little Mahmoud on the beach bar & our cleaners

I arrived at holtel check in was very good room was fabulous in front of beach food was good staff couldn't do enough for u the onley problem is house keeping should be more better and work more better but the beach is amazing to relax no one Bothered u hassle free would like to thank all the staff for help hassan at reception mohamed waiter Ibrahim the manager thank u everyone for great holiday

Hotel staff were ok but they over charged me about 5 times for beer even after I gave a tip , one bar guy stole money off me quite alot and I ordered tuna and they also overcharged me for that . There was rubbish outside my room every morning which refused to get cleaned, it started to smell . No toilet roll at beach toilets . I went for breakfast the guy was asleep and I had to get my own knives and forks lol. Then they tried to charge me for some hair dye on a towel when I know they get them for free . It’s very expensive just to go in and use the beach . The manager was polite and they seemed ok but very lazy and never got any of my money back . There was no tourists so staff were doing nothing so I don’t understand why they couldn’t clean any rubbish outside mine or give me my change back ,I decided not to bother them with cleaning my room with stayovers but I ran out of toilet roll and asked for some but they couldn’t give it to me

This hotel is not suitable for anyone to stay in. It was disgusting. To start the staff were very rude. From checkin we were issued a room, I would not sleep an animal in, it was dirty and as small as a wardrobe! We asked to be moved, granted we did move, but had to pay 70 euros for the privilege. The second room was only slightly better, still dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. During the weeks stay we had no cleaners in at ALL... we had to trudge with our dirty towels to the reception to get them changed, not once did we have clean sheets. The restaurant had food on the floor for days, never being cleaned up. All-inclusive was a joke! The food was diabolical! Who serves lettuce one day, tomatoes the next and cucumber another day? Never all together. Only two days, there was something of a choice to eat, mostly we were unable to choose the food we wanted it was plonked in front of us along with soup, served at the same time. These meals consisted of soup (barely warm) meat, I wouldn’t feed to my dog as well as fish, even though I had mentioned to the staff time and time again that I had an allergy and couldn’t eat it, I got shoulder shrugs! We stopped going into the restaurant only eating breakfast (Toast and only one day of the week with eggs) and ate out at a considerable cost to ourselves. We are not picky eaters, but we couldn’t digest what they served. There were cats all over the hotel... not a problem, I like cats..what was that they were in the restaurant, jumping on tables, while people were eating.. Yuk The all-inclusive bar was a tiny serving hatch in the restaurant, serving rum, vodka and gin which all tasted the same and not at all pleasant as well as beer, all served in a 3” tall plastic cup. Beer came from a bottle that was kept in the fridge until opened then left on the serving hatch to get warm, as with the soft drinks. There was a bar in the pool area, but was only open a few hours a day, and again the drinks were left our on the bar to warm in the heat.. totally disappointing. The whole hotel was shabby and very outdated and sp****, this in itself is not to bother about, but the cleanliness of the place is. Both the windows and door rattled so much, we struggled to sleep at night. There were thefts left, right and centre during our stay, as there were no safety deposit boxes, luckily we took all our valuables with us out of the room everyday. The whole hotel experience was so bad all the English-speaking guests were complaining, no doubt the non-English speaking was too. Don't go!! Not a nice experience at all, I couldn't wait to get home!

I would not EVER reccomend going there for a holiday.Had to upgrade room straight away because it was so filthy.The next room had no tea and coffee facilities..Could not swithch off noisy extractor fan off in flooded shower room.Hotel caters for the Russians so English speakers are not so good.This should have been vetted by LOVEHOLIDAYS representatives.DO NOT GO
