We has a great stay. The snow was fantastic. Powder was like nothing we had never experienced before, and the skiing was sensational. Hakuba Norikura and Cortina join up to make one very large ski resort. There were some nice runs for the kids and some very advanced stuff, including incredible backcountry, that I enjoyed. A newly opened run at the top of Norikura was possibly the best skiing I've ever experienced. Waist deep untracked powder with good pitch. Food at the hotel and nearby was good. There's a few different options in the hotel, as well several lunchtime options at little places just outside and around the hotel, and a little village with several other places just 5min away. The family also really enjoyed the natural hot spring onsen that is in the hotel. Was a great way to relax at the end of each day. Would go back again for sure!

朝食は和食セットでかなり量が少ない、コーヒーさえもないです、夕食も量が少なくて美味しいとは全然言えません。なんでもコインです、チェックイン前と後の荷物預かりもコインローカーで、スノーボードももちろんコインです。温泉の着替え室の暖房がなく　超寒い、ボディソープとリンスインシャンプーしかないです。客室は古式の暖房でした　付けると部屋が乾燥しすぎで眠れない。加湿器はないです。部屋の清掃は行いません、3日間一回の掃除のが書いてあるのでタオルの交換もしなかった。いまいちでした

距離栂池滑雪場鹿鳴纜車站步行5分鐘不到吧。 有電梯。衞生特別好。房間也很大。我們訂的日式間非常寬敞，行李箱可以放在走道上，不佔用房間面積。設施略舊但維護地很好。 女湯用的是全套Pola護膚品。 地下雪具間一應俱全。 早晚餐特別驚艷，早餐的現烤麪包超過大部分五星級酒店，晚餐葷素搭配不重樣。 Inomata先生服務過長野冬奧會，大堂裏有組委會發給他和團隊的感謝證書，現在Inomata先生已經白髮蒼蒼了。 一個mini版家族經營的滑雪温泉酒店。温馨且高標準。強烈推薦。

一言で表すと、少し不便はありますがとても綺麗！いったところです。 いつもは系列のマリオンシナノを利用していますが満室だった為、グランジャム栂池を利用させていただきました。 ゲレンデやコンビニまで最短徒歩で5分。 マリオンシナノに比べるとやや不便はありますが、新しい為館内がとても綺麗なのでポイントがかなり高いです！ 少し疑問なのは 館内はブーツ着用禁止なのに、スニーカーはどこへ置けばいいのか？という事です。 チェックアウト後も、館内のコインロッカーは使用可能なので、スニーカーを履いてブーツを持って乾燥室で履き替えます。そのスニーカーはどこへ置けばいいのか聞いたら、『ロッカーに置いてください。』と言われました。 今、履いているのは館内で着用禁止のスキーブーツなのですが、館内のロッカーに戻ってまた500円を払ってスニーカーをコインロッカーに入れるという事？？？かと言って乾燥室に置きっぱなしにしたら盗まれたり回収されるかもしれない…。 マリオンシナノには靴置き場があるので、少し不親切というか、みんなどうしてるの？と思いました。

Manage expectations. - You are an hour away from Happo and main apres ski so will have to take US50-80 taxi if you go out or see if you can find night bus back (none from night skiing in Goryu) - dinner is buffet style and amazing - WiFi non-existent - no ATM or $ change and you need 600JPY per person cash to take bus half an hour to ATM - no food options in hotel 9-11:30, 2:30-5pm so don’t arrive hungry - rental super cheap but they will not be helpful and try to push you into boots that don’t fit and then charge you if you want to change - hotel will tell you you can book ski lessons when you get there. Ski school here is Japanese only. Book Evergreen and book in advance - overall decent if we had been better prepared for the many ways in which being so far away from everything

Here we are again, our stay at La Vista Hotel for the start of 2023 2024 season and celebrate a Happy New Year!! We were SO satisfied with our stay last season that when we decided we wanted to spend New Year at Tsugaike Kogen, we immediately thought of staying at La Vista Hotel again.. I went to check in while my husband went to park the car, and Fei, the lovely young lady at the reception greeted me with such a wonderful friendly smile, remembered me from the past season and was SO kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. Again the room was nice and warm, very clean, the mattresses and pillows VERY comfortable and clean, and I took a heavenly shower. The hot water is really nice and hot and the shower has great water pressure. Don't let the small bathroom intimidate you, you didn't come to stay in the bathroom, you came to enjoy beautiful Winter nature, have some great skiing and enjoy the awesome, warm, kind hospitality of all the staff at Hotel La Vista. The bathroom works, the shower is nice, the hot water is awesome, toilet works too, that's all you need. Want to wash in more space, go upstairs to the 5th floor, they have bathtubs there separated for females and males and these work great too. My husband did that and was happy. I was happy with the shower inside the room. Breakfast starts at 7:15 am, coffee, orange juice, milk, buns, slices of bread that you can toast in the several bread toasters available, 3 different kinds of jam, butter, cornflakes, just what anyone needs for breakfast and get ready to go skiing. We made the mistake of going to another restaurant for dinner one evening, and the dinner was just not good at all. However we did have dinner at the hotel the next evening and this time we remember to take pictures. The food is SO DELICIOUS!! The chef is SO kind & gave us a big smile. THANK YOU SO MUCH Hotel La Vista and staff for another WONDERFUL stay! We can't wait to go back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
