Alamat di trip.com sebenarnya adalah pintu belakang hotel yang sangat sukar dicari, anda boleh mencari nama hotel di Amap yang menunjukkan lokasi yang betul.

Staff was zealous in sharing the products sold in the lobby. Got a free room upgrade. Hotel room was extremely clean. There’s a free shuttle to airport and the transport left promptly. It was nice that there was a night market nearby that sold tasty food.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

這家酒店的服務真的無可挑剔，處處都透着細心與周到。 旅途結束回房還收到了暖心小禮物，特別貼心用心，真心感謝房務部的小姐姐。 酒店自帶專屬景區出入口，出行特別方便，遊玩累了隨時就能回房休整，入住體驗感拉滿。 也特別感謝客房姓李的工作人員，熱心幫我們提供充電器，非常暖心。 另外也想小小提一句：希望服務是發自內心真誠待客，而不是為了刻意索要好評才熱情就更好啦。 還要誇誇前台工作人員，買烤腸還特意多送了我們一根，真的太暖心了🙏 再客觀説兩點有待改進的地方： 1. 房間吹風機體驗很差，風力特別小，吹很久都吹不幹頭髮，和高端酒店的配置標準不太匹配。 2. 客房空間偏小，就算是家庭房也顯得很侷促，兩個人沒辦法同時鋪開行李箱，置物空間不足。 除了以上兩點小不足，整體體驗全程滿分。入住這家酒店，讓我的整趟河南之行都變得格外輕鬆愜意，非常推薦！

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

The perfect stay for my two day trip in Luoyang. I felt like I was going back home every time I returned to the hotel after visiting somewhere. The hotel is really beautiful and exquisitely designed by the owner himself. There are thoughtful details everywhere and all the equipments are high quality. My room had a private balcony which had plenty of sunlight during the day. In the courtyard there are ponds with fishes and at night the building lights up nicely. The bulding is close to a metro stop and many bus lines that will take you to all the sights. The owner is very nice and welcoming, we had many long conversations and he also provided great recommendations. On my second morning I received a ticket for the famous beef soup at a restaurant nearby. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Een heel ruime mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen! Het is de ideale locatie om de magnifieke natuur te ontdekken, veel groen, kleurrijke bloemen, indrukwekkende watervallen en zo veel meer. Wat deze plek extra speciaal maakt, is de eigenares van het hotel (die Engels spreekt). Zij staat altijd klaar, regelt al je vervoer of ze brengt je zelf. Ook heeft ze ervoor gezorgd dat onze dochter een chocoladetaart had op haar verjaardag, fantastisch! Dankuwel Koko om ons laatste verblijf in China onvergetelijk te maken!

Good location inside ancient city. Good location walk to the grottoes..owner provide buggies pick up. Breakfast is kind of disappointment if you compare to hotel buffer styles..guess the breakfast is cater by the beside restaurant. A set of porridge, fried dough n egg. As for the rest.. everything is OK.. except toilet bathing hose not in proper condition as hose keep coming out..large projection TV and free movie is a plus
