A very stylish and modern apartment block. Check-in and room access by codes. Our studio apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the bath/shower very clean.The gym downstairs is good and well maintained. Location is good and close to the Parliament Hill area. Only "negative" is that window doesn't open so no fresh air gets in.

Great location. Rooms are tidy and clean with functional kitchen. You can cook yourself if you wish. Staffs are helpful. We booked for 4 people and there are 2 hair dryers!! It’s very important for girls!!🤣🤣

It was clean and well equiped with short term stay. Location is in walkable distance to major attractions. Highly recommended

Excellent location, felt safe and it was very close to central and sightseeing, comfortable bed, pillows and room, helpful, efficient staff. Balcony a plus. We loved Ottawa. Excellent meal at Ayla’ssocial kitchen in little Italy. Loved the art museum, military museum and canal. Thanks for another great stay Sonder!

great hotel, everything you need is there, coffee making facilities, good size bathroom,and living room. bedroom nice. friendly reception that are there until 2300 if you have any questions. If you wish to walk to the town its around 30 to 40 minutes but quite a nice walk

Stayed here 4 days. Like a little appartment, fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Has plenty of space and reasonably priced. Located 15 minute walk to the parliament or byward market area. Lots od seating downstairs and luggage storage for early or late departure. You are given a pin code to enter the building and room. I would stay again.

I was so happy with my choice of Sonder in downtown Ottawa. My room was great, the staff I saw and dealt with were all friendly and helpful. Great location that was close to many restaurants and shops. Check in and out directions were easy to follow.

Great for walking to parliment and the downtown area. 15 min walk to Byward market. Room was comfortable and well supplied with items we needed. Overall a great experience and Sondor continues to be a great place to stay and relax or for business.

The room was very clean and spacious. I loved having a full kitchen. The room was on a bit of a busy street but they provided ear plugs so all was good. Location was perfect for my meetings and getting breakfast at Olly Fresco two doors down was so handy.

Walked in last minute because the hotel I originally booked turned out to be extremely bad. Sonder Arlo had a studio available and it was great and clean! Front office staff was so nice and flexible for getting me a room last minute. Also good wifi! Highly recommend!
