Hotel le Cosy Riva Bella

Friend fell off the porch area. Fortunately not hurt but could have been serious. Has no air conditioning, although was ok as temps low.

Because of ferry times, we needed to arrive after their reception hours and everything we needed to know to access the property was sent in a text message before we left Portsmouth, so it was absolutely seamless. We needed to leave before they served breakfast, so we can’t comment, but we’ll likely be back again in the future. The property is literally in the centre of town and as it was warm we had to leave the windows open so we had a bit of noise from the town on a Saturday night but it wasn’t a fault of the owners and service.

The staff were all very welcoming, at check-in and breakfast. The location was very convenient for walking to the beaches and there were many restaurants and shops at hand. The parking was small, but we always found a place. The room was a little small for a family iffour and we had to move all the small furniture to make room for the pullout, but everything was in good condition. The room was always quite hot, even with cool weather... we opted to put up with street noise and leave the window open when sleeping (really any time we were in the room), this did also mean we had ready access to the smell of fresh bread in the morning.

Lovely place in a lovely little beach town. Personable and friendly owners.

Great location, friendly staff, I wouldn’t bother with breakfast again as it’s not worth it, can be noisy as the doors bang loudly so if you have inconsiderate people it will keep you awake, bedding clean, decor ok, would go again but skip the breakfast

Functional and serviceable for an overnight stay prior to an early morning ferry departure.

We booked last moment and got 1st floor room with the view on the main street as a result we had a chance to enjoy the night life on the main street in the evening and cleaning service and delivery trucks in early morning. Except that hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach abd has parking behind the buding. Room and bathroom are big and well equiped.

Propre et bien rangé, de bonne qualité et abordable, le matelas est très confortable, je suis très satisfait de tout, merci beaucoup !
