Hotel Ourense dengan Spa

Estupendo hotel con una excelente atención del personal.La suite grande y con todos los detalles,incluida zona de plancha y jacuzzi.Detalle de cava y bombones.Muy céntrico y con parking en el propio hotel y si el coche es muy grande un parking al lado

Spent several days in Ourense at the Princess. The staff were helpful and our room was very nice. The hotel is a little bit older but still the furniture, bed, and bath were all just fine. Breakfast was fine, and there were fresh fruit available each day (although hours for breakfast were limited). Located conveniently downtown.

Ourense is a small city packed with beautiful corners and interesting sites. The team at Carris made sure we got in all the local secrets. The rooms are incredibly well appointed and maintained. We originally had a suite which was fantastic but had to move to a regular room. It was an incredible surprise to see such well taken care of spaces. I did miss the balcony in the original room but have to say that the new room was still great in size. Bathroom and shower were also spectacular. Ana at the reception took great care of us as did the rest of the team. Very warm and personalized service. For sure a much better option than the chain hotels around downtown.

Hotel céntrico, con parking junto al hotel. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes con camas cómodas. En esta ocasión me ofrecieron una suite como mejora, y era muy grande y con buenas vistas. Desayuno buffet bueno.

Good room with a pleasant balcony to relax at night. God breakfast with good variety. Near the historic centre, where you have a lot to see and also the bars and restaurants, but, however, enough distant to avoid the noise.

La limpieza, el personal, el bufet y el parking, excelentes. La habitación muy grande y amplia y muy moderna. No obstante no lo escogería de nuevo por lo siguiente: la cama, incomodísima (dura a más no poder), las ”almohadas” eran más bien cojines de 50cm bastante duros (tanto cuesta poner unas almohadas de 90? O de 70, incluso!), las cortinas no se podían correr, que estaban mal enganchadas, el lavabo era de risa: imposible lav**** la cara sin clav**** el grifo en el ojo y tirar todo el agua fuera (apenas de 30cm de diámetro; muy bonito, muy moderno, muy bien puesto, pero nulo servicio.) El espejo de aumento, fijo a la altura del pecho (¿?), y la mampara de la ducha, corta (se salía el agua por arriba -y mido 1,70-) Creo que si arreglaran esos detalles, que restan mucha utilidad y servicio, pese a la antigüedad del hotel, sería muy bueno. Eso sí, la limpieza y el servicio, de 10.

Hotel mesmo no centro da cidade. Pequeno almoço muito agradável E simples. Casa de banho pequena, água sem pressão e o quarto estava um bocado frio em outubro... Têm secador a pedido na receção e estacionamento paga se parque privado com desconto do hotel. Agradável para passar apenas a noite. As termas mais próximas no centro da cidade estavam encerradas. Funcionários muito simpáticos

Muy buen hotel, moderno, nuevo, limpio y a tiro de piedra del centro de la ciudad. Personal de recepción, super amables, proactivos y piedra angular del hotel. Estamos agradablemente sorprendidos por la categoría oficial del hotel y lo que realmente ofrece.....parece de mucha más categoría. Buen desayuno buffet, con lo más elemental pero sin faltar nada. Alojamiento ideal para hospedarse y conocer cómodamente la ciudad de Orense, a un precio muy ajustado. Zona fácil de encontrar aparcamiento. Centro histórico a 15 minutos andando
