Cleanliness was good but my major complaint is that they did not tell us that the air is not working so when we got into our room, it was 80° and all we had was a small window to prop open. Went down to the front desk to see about moving rooms and we weren’t able to do they have us a box fan to put in front of the window for circulation. The next day we saw so many other patrons have box fans as well so this is an entire building issue. We luckily had a colder day the next day and kept our window open to keep the room cool but I was very angry about not being informed of the air not working or the front desk people not offering to take some money off of our stay.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

Room was cold because heat was blowing out cold and and the man Vicky that was working said they would have someone come fix it but no one came to fix it so we had to sleep in the cold Friday and Saturday because they were booked up and they gave me a different room Sunday and that caused us to get sick sleeping in a cold room for two days

Everything was great the rooms were nice and clean better than expected. The beds were actually comfortable. Their breakfast was great. The only problem I had was that the Wi-Fi was terrible. I travel a lot for work so when I get back to the hotel I like to get on my laptop and watch movies but I barely had any connection to do so. Oh also I'm not sure if it got fixed but after checking in I tried filling my water bottle at the water fountain next to the lobby and the water fountain was shooting out straight white water. I ended up having to buy water bottles every night after I got back from work so I guess I wasn't that eco friendly buying plastic water bottles.

I'm not sure how this gets such a high rating because it seems a little rundown. The front desk person was excellent because they put me in a first floor room which as a female traveling solo I do not like to do that and he had to do a little bit of juggling around because when it's done with a third-party it's harder to change but he managed to do it which I appreciated greatly. I did hear somebody come down while I was standing there about the hot tub not working and it apparently the heater is out so that amenity was taken off the table immediately. The hotel was quiet and easily access from the interstate. The breakfast again was run-of-the-mill breakfast at hotels but it was decent and it was free so you can't beat that. I probably would not stay at this hotel again just because I don't believe it was a 4 1/2 star hotel.

Plus- convenient to interstate, staff was friendly
Negative- parking very limited, older hotel toilet and tub extremely low to ground, no AC was told they couldnt run heater and AC so we had to have window open entire trip (they did offer a box fan but we declined) worst part was the smell in the hallways and elevators. It may have been cleaning supplies but it was extremely potent and sometimes smelt burnt.
