An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

Pefect stay with good service and faciloties. I enjoyed my stay a lot. We had a colourful and tasteful breakfast every day. Small chat at the reception whenever we need to ask something. We felt like home.

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Tallin old town. The building feels special, the staff at the front desk are 5 star level, courteous, efficient, super professional. Kristi was really helpful and gave me good recommendations. I have been to many hotels and can definitely say the staff are outstanding. My room was magnificent with a fabulous view of Tallin roofs. I had a facial and massage at the spa and they were excellent. Absolutely recommended.

酒店中規中矩，沒有到達四星的標準。位置不錯，離古城很近，因為沿着大街，所以晚上和早上會吵。酒店早餐還不錯。還有我們攜程定的兩晚不知道為啥價格貴了快1000。

Breakfast was satisfactory but we would appreciate some menu changes at different days. Our room view was good. Staff was efficient, supportive and friendly. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and drug stores around the hotel. Yet, some areas for their top management to consider: 1. cups and kettle may be provided for every room, and 2. the extra fee for using spa and sauna was 15 Euros per head which we think may be too high for non European travelers, and 3. Gym was charged 5 Euros per head may also be waived, just like most hotels would do in other big cities.

This hotel was very modern. Stayed here for three nights. Our room was roasting. Couldn't turn thr air con down and no windows to open. However the following day when we informed reception he had a maintenance worker visit or room and turn off the radiator. Thank you! Room was spotless and thr bed comfy. Toiletries are provided. As was a safe and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was of a good standard, with the usual choice of hot and cold, fruit and salads etc. All the staff were really friendly. The hotel is approx 10min walk from the nearest tram stop, but we don't mind the walk Definitely would stay here again

Unskilled staff continues to lower this holes service quality. I wrote review also earlier about this hotel and even hotel management promised improvements, but apparently management meant that the leave the hotel and let the new management to handle staff training and skill issues if the can. This has not happen. We went there to check the situation, stayed over weekend and noticed at the check-in that reception staff is not up to level in their skill as they clearly struggled to handle payment terminal and card terminals. So some of the payment seems gone through, but some didn't they said. So some of our group were asked to pay room charges again at the check out just to notice after arrival home that actually room was already charged at the check-in. So they double charged room fees as staff didn't know how to work with their basic tools. Our group members had to spend time and effort to clear payment issues with banks to get balance back. I'm still waiting my doubled charged money refund. So I urge everyone to check their payments and credit cards BEFORE leaving this hotel as I said this was not the first time when this happen. I'm quite sure it was my last on this hotel.
