Only down size is the room card not working very often but at night the scene is beautiful

Exceptional stay at Voco Oxford Thames. The historic charm and modern amenities were perfect. Friendly staff, spacious rooms , and excellent dining. Highly recommend.

Great service and a beautiful hotel. The people at the reception were very kind and hospitable. They gave us a room upon arrival without any prior intimation.

One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Everything was so delicious. Bed was very comfortable, also. It’s a bit far from Oxford city center, but beautiful scenery, spacious room, and great food made up for it!

A really good hotel for Oxford, with nice decor and clean rooms. Things which let it down: - lack of place to hang towels - a bit far from town - breakfast was great but very busy - jacuzzi out of action - cold changing rooms

Really nice, clean, traditional yet modern hotel. Staff are all polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, best one I Have had in a long time.

鄉村酒店環境很不錯，後面一條河，早上有賽艇隊在訓練。酒店是以前的大户人家房子改造的，好幾個barn，能體會到英倫鄉村風。恰逢生日，晚餐水準比較滿意，在英國屬於比較好的了，其他地方吃的包括倫敦安格斯牛排館真的一言難盡。

雖然房間很小，但是這個酒店的環境還有整體的綠化和氛圍感真的很好，非常值得體驗，後面有一個非常大的馬場，然後從前面院門進入到抵達這個酒店的大堂開車都需要一兩分鐘，我覺得還挺氣派的，就非常有英倫風情。

酒店外圍挺漂亮的，下雨晴天都好看 酒店房間挺多小動物的，天花上 浴缸裏 床上 同房型預訂了兩個訂單，但是前台告知不能原房續住，還要換房間，不太能理解這個行為，嘴上説著希望把損失減到最低想讓大家都滿意，哪裡滿意？哪裡在幫忙？這不是犧牲我們的滿意換別人的滿意嗎？

這次的牛津之旅我們住了這個連鎖酒店中的其中兩家，印象都很不錯。無論是酒店內部和外部環境都很優美，距離還行，有直達市中心的公交車很方便，從市中心打車十多分鐘也就到了。酒店旁邊有shop和咖啡吧。我們剛剛入住那天打車進入酒店的小路，穿過兩旁高大的樹木，逐漸呈現在眼簾的是多個拐彎的小路和傳統樣式的漂亮的小樓，鬆弛感十足，還很接地氣。在小樓周圍還能看到大草坪、樹林和輕鬆漫步的動物們：馬，松鼠和小鴨子們，清晨和餐後漫步在樹林裏感覺很愜意。這家酒店的房間內部也很乾凈優雅舒適，沒什麼異味，窗户都能打開通風，（我比較在意房間的空氣質量）酒店的餐也很好吃，我們還看到有當地人在酒店餐廳開家庭聚會的party。入住當天晚上孩子餓了就點了餐，大約半小時就直接送到了房間，沒想到味道還不錯👍這邊服務人員服務意識很好，有問必答，而且特別耐心。幫我們打車都提前跟司機打好招呼告訴詳細地點。總之印象很好，下次到牛津最有可能還選這家。😄
