Santika Premiere ICE BSD is located in a strategic area. Suitable for anyone who needs to get to ICE BSD. The amenities and cleanliness are excellent, and the room is spotless. Delicious food of many kind is available there for breakfast.

It's not a hotel, they call it coliving. There are almost no other advantages apart from being close to ICE BSD and getting off close to Alfamart and Familymart. ICE BSD can be reached on foot but requires extra energy. The room is quite spacious. AC, Wifi, TV, hot water works well. Drinking water is also provided with a dispenser in the corridor, but it tastes a bit strange so I decided to just buy bottled mineral water instead of doing anything. The mattress is soft, unfortunately only 2 pillows are given. The room has a desk and work chair, there is also a cupboard. There is a kettle with tongdji sachet tea and excelso sachet coffee. The bathroom is in good size, clean but lots of yellowish stains. Towels are provided 2 body towels and 2 hand towels. Amenities are provided hand soap bar, toothbrush and toothpaste. For soap and shampoo, I was given a dispenser, but it was very stingy to give it, only 1/5 of the bottle was filled, and for 3 days I stayed there it didn't refill at all There are facilities such as a small cafe, co-living space (a kind of place to hang out or work with a small pantry), then there is a mini gym Breakfast is provided in front of the lobby, food for 3 days has minimal variety, only vegetables and chicken are cooked differently. The menu includes cereal, fruit (watermelon, melon and papaya), drink (infused water and juice), bread and egg corner, chicken porridge, main course (rice, fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, sausages, chicken and crackers. The taste is really standard, nothing special but the porridge sometimes too thick, sometimes too runny

We had booked 2 rooms. Although the staff were polite and location is central the state of the facilities has left much to be desired . 1 room has no refrigerator. 1 room had no entrance lights 1 room had the safe on the lowest shelf because the upper shelf was broken. The towel rack would collapse anytime. There was a droning sound all night long. When the reception was informed of the lights they said oh yes we will get maintenance to fix that . We had the same issue of the lights the on our earlier stay . When questioned about the why the condition of the rooms with no pro active maintenance. We were told oh the hotel has a new owner. Highly not recommended.
