Hotel Dengan Gym di Inner Mongolia, China

The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

It’s a very good and modern hotel ! It was pleasure to  stay here . Lobby hall is very beautiful . The room is amazing ! There is full service in the hotel: gym , laundry, good bath accessories, fan, drinking water, tea. The personal workers are very friendly here. I recommend to choose this place !

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and modern. Great for quick overnight stay when travelling. Has everything you need. Deliveries can be sent direct to the room with their robot delivery service. Walls are a little thin though, so you can hear everyone around you.

半夜在房間裏想喝一杯熱飲，原本以為要自己想辦法，沒想到試着聯繫前台後，不出十分鐘就貼心地送上了一杯熱牛奶。給這個酒店點贊，自助餐廳的“屬地早餐”更是直接驚艷了我，不出酒店就能吃到用呼和浩特的特色美食。臨退房時前台微笑着送上一瓶暖心“離店水”。從奉茶入住到一杯温水揮手告別，體驗遠超預期，下次再來的話，這裏依然是我的首選！

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room. Cons: Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! 优点： 酒店位置很好，离商店和购物区很近。房间很宽敞、干净，也非常舒适，我很喜欢。服务很好，如果夏天入住湖景房，风景一定会更漂亮。 缺点： 有时候卫生间会闻到烟味。另外，早餐的种类如果能再丰富一些就更好了。 总体评价： 我非常满意这次入住体验。谢谢！
