Very clean hotel with excellent service. The location is convenient and the facilities are well maintained. We had a comfortable stay with our family.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。 酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。 大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。 從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。 一次很好的入住體驗！

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning didn't work. We asked the hotel to fix it, but they just told us to wait an hour. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything and the room was 27 degrees all night. We complained again at 4am and all they did was bring us a fan.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is located next to a wanda plaza mall which is great for shopping. there is also a great walking street behind the mall for street food,clothes,toys. The hotel rooms were very big. the front desk staff was super friendly. It is also a 10-15 minute drive to the airport and the subway lines are a few meters outside the hotel

1. Breakfast is nice 2. Breakfast on 25th floor and viewing entire city and whole restaurant rotating around. It feels amazing. 3. Cheapest price for that good hotel

服務。服務這一塊真的太棒了，無論是最開始前台接電話的小哥哥，還是下午茶的服務人員，早餐的服務人員態度都特別好，比某些所謂的星級的好多了。前台漂亮的小姐姐們服務都特別好，給孩子加熱水的時候太貼心的給試温度。還有管家，推薦的內容和服務都很不錯。房型。帶着孩子給免費升級了房型，房間裝修很不錯，設施都很好用，尤其是窗外的景色，尤其是晚上真的很絕。 還贈送了免費的下午茶，時光裏真的很出片，帶子孩子或者是兩個人，都是很好的放鬆的地方。作為一個呼倫貝爾本地人，我衹能説下次去海拉爾我還去住。
