We always enjoy here.. best 4 star hotel in this area, with all fasilities.. kids friendly ofc, with all games and playground area, and semi outdoor swimming pool 🥰

Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.

Nice hotel. Good location too, right across AEON mall. Very convenient.  But its lack of sound proving. We can hear our next door neighbor talking from their room

Location of the hotel is right next to AEON Mall which was very convenient and about 15-20mins walk to convention centre. A very good option for business trip, their staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is really nice and polite, and the hotel architecture is new and great. However: - missing iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room - no one answers the phone or the whatsapp line when trying to ask for the items - got the wrong order with in-room dining Great if you have time, if you are in a rush for work maybe it needs some operational improvement

1) No Hair-Dryer. Need to call reception to send one up, which took long time and the guys kept forgetting. 2) Breakfast food was so-so, not much selection. 3) Location was good, beside a big AEON mall. 4) Room was spacious, especially the bathroom. 5) All in all pretty enjoyable stay.
