This hotel is what a traveler needs to explore Tbilisi. The location is great. All the places of interest are on foot. There are also lots of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The room was not that big but modern and functional. The staff was great and very helpful. They were happy to give us any kind of advice and always there to help. Even if you don't stay there, try the rooftop restaurant. The food, service and view were great. The only negative is that all the extras (breakfast, airport tranfers) were disproportionately expensive (breakfast 20$/pp, tranfer 100GL/car). However the breakfast was very good and the drivers were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again in case I visit Tbilisi in the future.

Hotel was very clean. Loved the design and indoor garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. It has 2 restaurants one had the garden view and the other rooftop view of the city. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. I really enjoyed the experience.

Very clean, very well located, everything is quite new, towels, sheets etc. Has a nice decorations and restaurant too. And a car park area to ( for those who plan to come by car) If I come back to Tbilisi again, definitely will stay here! Therefore I highly recommend you everyone.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! 1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. 2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. 3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. 4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. 5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! 6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. 7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. 8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. 9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay. 10. The gym is not located inside of the hotel as advertised on booking. 11. The minibar was empty, and when we checked in we found an open sugar sachet left from the pervious guests.

The hotel is a short walk from the old town, the area has many visitors and cafes (I recommend PAUL) belonging to Freedom Square. A modern hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent restaurant with great views of the city. The room is clean and modern, the bathroom has a fantastic shower. The breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful, especially liked that they cooked an omelet on site. The staff were courteous, friendly and exceptional service. I have to tell you about an incident that happened to me, at the end of the checkout, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 headphones in the room. After I noticed that my headphones were lost, I contacted the hotel and after a while received a response from them that the headphones had been found and were waiting for me at the hotel reception. There is no doubt that the next time I go to Tbilisi, I will choose this hotel again!

We stayed for about 2 days while in Tbilisi. The hotel is quite elegant. The reception staff was excellent and fluent in English. The room was small but elegant and the amenities were excellent. Nice and serene ambience in and around the hotel. Just a 3 min walk from the Liberty square. Ideal for sightseeing. Extremely expensive breakfast buffet. The room service staff had to be reminded 4 times to replenish the green tea. The room was comfortable but they switch off the AC due the cold weather which makes it quite stuffy to sleep at night. We complained but in vain, so we slept with the window open.

I highly recommend this hotel.. I have been there for 10 days for a professionnal trip and everything is done to make me feel at home. The rooms are very confortable and food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is wonderful. It is a pleasure to stay here and all the staff is nice, sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Maya, always smiling with a nice word to me every morning.

Location close to Freedom Square is excellent, however this can mean it’s noisy outside at night. Good common areas & breakfast, but rooms are small & some are dark. We had 2 rooms, and would recommend Solo Lucky for a single. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the old city near the Freedom Square. The hotel is designed and without wear and tear. The breakfast is rich and varied, so is the restaurant on the 5th floor, very tasty food and at a low average price. ........
