The first room had not been cleaned…apparently for quite awhile. Bathroom floor was so dirty and we’re not sure the bed linens had been changed. They did give us another room that was better. Continental breakfast was good.

Motel was what I expected. Cheap & no-frills. Water pressure was terrible & no hot water. Came off of 4 days of backpacking, so I really needed a hot shower. Hot water temp was about body temperature. Otherwise, it's a bed and was pretty clean. For less than $100 total per night, pretty decent place to crash out on a road trip. Fix the hot water & I'd have been happy.

Went into our room and it hadn’t been cleaned. We got another room - only halfway clean. Woke up and no hot water - totally cold, not even warm. Called at 6:30 am - finally left at 9 - still no hot water. I know it was a cheap room, but you should get hot water. That should be a part of paying for a room. Heater hardly worked. Wish ******* would reimburse me!! Lesson learned.

An inexpensive room with what you need. San Juan feels like a classic motel and if thats what you like, its great. Nothing stood out as amazing but there was nothing disgusting either. Slept well on the older beds. Passed on the meager breakfast.

Room was very cold. Main heater didn't work. The one small space heater that was provided wasn't sufficient--and we had to ask for a second heater. Went to bed bundled up.

Would not recommend this hotel. The rooms weren’t clean. We had to change to a second room because of the condition of the first, the TVs didn’t have a signal in either room, and the plumbing was backed up in both. The lady working the front desk was very nice and tried to help by moving us to a third room but it was late and we chose to deal with the room change in the morning. The day, we felt the third room would not be any better, so we decided to leave. It felt like a $40 a night room instead of a $120 per night.

The room was fine, nothing spectacular. We slept all right, so it was comfortable enough. We liked the surrounding area, with the river walk and close proximity to the hot springs; we also were able to easily walk to many places to get food. The WiFi ******; we never were able to connect, and cell service was bad, too, so don’t plan on streaming anything for entertainment!
