Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird ****s which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird ****s and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Overall, our stay at the Mövenpick Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Yai. It was quite an adventure to drive there, but such a delight when we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It felt like we were staying at a castle. While the pool is not huge, it has outdoor and sheltered parts.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The air con in the bedroom was not as good as in the living room which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable initially. The tv only has Thai channels which is a little disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and the free onsen visit and breakfast were bonuses. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could imagine. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Overall a v clean and spacious hotel. Nice surrounding. No safe for safekeeping :(. Overall recommended. We had a good stay there.

Very clean accommodation, staff was also very polite. The location is great as it’s very central and you can quickly get to the attractions nearby quickly. The scenery that you can see from the hotel is also great and our family had a great stay (:

Highly recommended. It’s located in a quiet location inside Khao Yai, friendly staff and the restaurant is also in a readable price.

ห้องสะอาด แต่ขนาดเล็กไปหน่อย น้ำในห้องน้ำ ชักโครก สายชำระเบามากกกกก ต้องให้พนักงานมาแก้ ขนาดห้แงเล็กกว่าที่คิด ในรํปค่อนข้างดูกว้าง พนักงานบริการดี แต่ขอห้องชั้นสูงไปแต่ดันได้ชั้น2 อดถ่ายวิวสวยๆเลย ที่พักมีโซนให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะ แต่ไปช่วงคริสมาสต์ราคาค่อนข้างแรงมาก เมื่อเทียบกับรร.4ดาวที่อื่นที่ใหญ่และสวยกว่านี้ แต่ตอนนั้นที่อื่นเต็มหมด อาหารเช้ารสชาติกลางๆ มีให้เลือกน้อยไปหน่อย ที่จอดรถน้อยไม่มีในร่ม location ดี โดยพอรับได้ แต่ไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป

Location: The location is pretty good, amazing nature scene all around, PHENOMENAL views from the 6th floor bedroom. However, he road leading up to the resort is a bit rundown and dark. Cleanliness: The room is very clean, the bed, shower, everything is clean. The balcony could be a bit better in term of cleanliness. Service: Everything was great up until the breakfast buffet where We asked the staff if we could order americano coffee for our tumbler, the staff said 'yes' but it'll be 170 baht, We said 'ok', however, the staff took the tumbler and walked to the coffee machine (which is the SAME instant coffee included in our breakfast buffet, not a freshly ground coffee), we sent a complaint to the call center and they refunded our coffee. Overall the services are great, but the hotel could train their staffs better regarding things like this. Facilities: Great fitness room (except the fact that the AC is leaking, so its dripping water in the middle of the fitness), there are 2 pools, the welcoming staff already told us that only 1 of the pool (the 2nd floor one) is allowed, however in the morning, both of the pools are closed due to leaves cleaning.
