Ulasan Novotel Bangkok Impact

The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be controlled and there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom. I asked hotel staff to give me an electric adapter, but they just answered and didn't bring it. It is easy to come and go within the exhibition hall. It's very far to another Queen exhibition centrel.

The hotel is really near to impact arena and it is highly recommended if you have a concert or event nearby to stay at novotel. The hotel staff even decorated the hotel lobby to the concert that happening. Only bad thing, the pedestrian overhead sky bridge closes early at 4pm.

Room was clean and the hotel is near to the halls which are linked.

Located right at IMPACT Exhibition Center, perfect place to stay for attending the show, with also lots of restaurants and 7/11 near by. Good size room and good breakfast as wet.

It is very good for Concert attendee or conference attendee. Comfortable, near, clean, many restaurants, shopping mall .

Good location for attending events at Impact. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is too dark. Breakfast spread was just ok.

The staff is very nice but the location of the hotel is far from everything, don’t have any convenience store near the hotel

We have stayed here more than 10x ad it is the most convenient hotel for concert held at Impact Arena. It has covered walkways and the location is superb. Highly recommend!
