Ulasan Crystal Orange Hotel (Shanghai Caohejing Yishan Road)

Clean room, good breakfast, mostly Chinese breakfast and a little bit of pastry. Have a small gym but convenient.Bathroom 👍

The room is clean n the location is convenient, n with cleaning robot , yet there’s room for improvement on breakfast

Nice and clean, the front desk staff are always polite and attentive to our needs. They will make your bed and replace the towels, including free cold drinks in the fridge. Yes,they replenish free cold coke and soda too.

Stayed here for 2 weeks of business and had a great time. The gym was amazing and it got self laundry and dryer for long stays. The hotel reception was accomodating for non-chinese speaker, always trying to help in all the steps. I made a mistake of not booking for one night and they help me to fix the problem i made myself! Great service, great room and very nice staff.

The hotel structure and service is good. The room was noisy as it was at the first floor with the window view to the avenue. Location is very convenient and close to metro.

I have stayed at the hotel more than once . I like it a lot including the breakfast. Its during check in that we struggle a but because no one at reception has good command of English. But it is a place I can frequently stay.

For the price the hotel was expected. The bed was firm and uncomfortable but the room was clean and had what I needed for an overnight stay. The central air was not switched to cool in March so at times it was a little uncomfortable. None of the front desk staff spoke English which was trying at times. For foreigners any foreigners staying here communication will be challenging. If I needed something I had to go downstairs to ask because I couldn’t call. I would not stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my Chinese friends only. The location was great for what I needed it for but if I wanted the city center I wouldn’t stay here. The staff did their best and it’s not their fault. The hotel should hire bilingual speakers for the convenience of all guests.

Very nice hotel with great facilities and comfort in the room. Not so great service at the front desk towards foreigners.

The Hotel is really amazing, from the service to the breakfast and also the gift at the check out desk when u leave, the service is also off the chats, 100/100 recommended

The staff was fast and efficient, the location is good and the breakfast set up looks good but I missed it.😔 All in all I would recommend the place.
