The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and washrooms were neatly maintained too. Breakfast was tasty and was available at a nominal cost.

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel at all It was quite horrible

Хостел отличный. За такую цену я не ожидала что будет так хорошо. Очень чисто и в комнате и в душе. Администратор была очень дружелюбной.

只短暫住了一天，但是櫃檯非常熱心，整體氣氛也很可愛 飯店的小室外座位區也很讚，是很適合耍廢的空間 雖然床鋪是沒有窗簾的那種上下舖，但是如果不在意或是短暫只個一兩天的人的話還是很推薦，總體而言算是中上的青旅!

房間一般，廚房比較舒服，旅館不遠處有買海鮮的

Perfect location. 10minute walk to Massimo Théâtre and a few minute walk to Piazza Castalnuevo. I have never rode a bus in Palermo during this trip. Walking alone at night and area is safe. Clean facilities including our room. Ladies toilets and kitchen are well kept. I left some cannolino in the fridge overnight and found it there the morning after :). It is an arsty laidback hôstel too. Loved how they did the instructions in the kitchen. Cool and bright idea! Normally i dont take notice of these stuff. The bunker beds are not squeaky although since the hôstel is in front of the main road, expect for some honks. Lockers are clean, not smelly. Key will be provided by the hôstel. The receptionist named Emmanuelle was soft spoken, very nice and helpful. 🍊🍊 The other staff and even the cleaner were polite. The hôstel gives a key which can open the main, second door and your room. In the latter part of my stay, i noticed that i dont need the key anymore to open my room (number 5) ?? I just have to push it. A tiny tiny detail though is when you go to the ladies shower/toilet, since the lights are motion sensored, i was doing my business on the toilet and the lights went off. I had to "move" just to have some lights, which turns itself off like every 30 seconds. Nonetheless, i am very satisfied and will surely rebook when i revisit Palermo.

I had an amazing stay at A Casa di Amici in Palermo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any questions or needs. The hostel’s central location is perfect for exploring the city, and the interior is beautifully designed, featuring a lovely terrace and a collection of musical instruments that add a special touch. The atmosphere throughout the hostel is relaxed and inviting, making it easy to feel at ease and connect with others. The cleanliness was also outstanding. I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely return on my next visit. Wishing the entire team all the best!

Very nice people working at the place. Always clean. A lot of room for your stuff. You get your own kee for the storage. Enough place for charging the phone. you get a welcome drink. Close to the center. Nice activities that you can book there. I reccomend.

Great Place to stay in palermo. You will feel very welcome and the rooms are very clean like the whole hostel and the staff is amazing and very kind and will help you with anything.the location of the hostel is very good in the city center. I will definetly go again. thank you

This youth hostel is amazing. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and to have made possible this safe and creative place for travelers. The personal is very nice and welcoming. The terrasse is so nice, I would advice this adress for sure ❤️

The best hostel in the whole world. The best experience I have ever had in all of my 8 years of traveling to almost 40 countries, and staying at different hostels around the world. Fun and friendly environment, great services, very helpful staffs, clean and comfortable, easy to walk around and safe neighborhood. There are super fun activities at the hostel sometimes, or you can ask for recommendations. Also sometimes they have the dinner for everyone in the hostel, very delicious. There are many many more good things about this hostel, why it has my heart forever, but I can’t write them all here, you have to visit and experience the magic of it yourself, the love, friendships, and beautiful memories, that will stay in your heart forever. Definitely recommended. Enjoy your stay, and make memories!!!
