Had a nice relaxing time .. lovely island , preferred more food options though

員工都非常友善。浴室水量大且熱，洗起來很痛快。不過沒有提供浴巾更換服務，因為房間溼氣有點重，所以晾不乾，比較困擾，必須自己去洗衣房洗並且烘乾，洗衣機你免費使用，烘衣機一次3澳元。

島上的風景隨便拍拍都是大片，酒店設施比較像國內招待所。 為了這個風景克服下。員工都很熱情就是沒什麼吃的。

無早餐 酒店比想象中好，畢竟原本抱着中國招待所的期望去的😂，當然並沒有什麼服務可言 酒店周邊環境比較原生態

一定要選可以看海的房間，在房間可以看日落，美極了。

The resort rooms are run down and need updating. I has been over 10 years since my last visit to the resort and the rooms are still in the state of what they were when I last visited. Great location. But needs an upgrade especially for the price you are paying for.

Really terrible food !! Pay for everything including wifi Rooms are not serviced Only one pool operational wasn't advised at time of booking that the resort is under constant renovations Cruise ship visits and thousands of people come ashore and bombard the beach and resorts facilities Dolphin Experience was great a were the ATV bike tours I wouldn't return

Great family holiday- easy and relaxing. Beautiful location, friendly experienced staff. Look forward to doing it again.

Great for a family get away. Awesome Beach and Resort facility with lots of things to do. Great activity options for all ages and helpful & friendly staff.

Stone grill.. Grumpy guy serving defrosted squid and prawns. The prawns were more like small shrimp. The prawn dumplings tasted fishy. The activities staff were all great and the reception staff very friendly.

Good not great. A little too holiday camp for my personal liking. But can see why it’s a good fit for the right audience.

We've been a few times and always stay in the same location. Only 'complaint' on accommodation is the soft bed and high pillows and inability to darken the room, due to the outside lighting. There's not a lot of options for little kids, but enough for a 2-3 night stay. A cruise ship was there for one of the days we were on island, which we weren't informed about and this changed the tour availabilities and options for that day. The island staff are to be commended for their patience and commitment on the cruise day though, as they clearly had long, hard hours to have to be on 'host mode' for. The rangers know and love the animals and environment around them and try hard to instill some of that love and appreciation to anyone who cares to listen. Hopefully the island will stay as gorgeous as it has been the last few times we've been privileged enough to go.
