酒店不錯。停車很方便而且安全。美中不足離港口近，離核心景區有點遠。兩公里左右。步行還有點累。吃飯倒是方便。房間送兩瓶瓶裝水還不錯。

職員很好，免費幫我升級了房間。但房間的內部裝修有點老舊，wifi也常常連不上，如果你第二天需要搭過夜渡輪的話可以住這一間，否則住市中心會比較好，因為酒店旁邊的小巷感覺不太安全。

位置在港口旁邊，能看到海邊和郵輪，距離火車站步行30mins～ 缺點是噪音大，且房間不隔音～ 周圍很多餐廳，吃飯比較方便

Albergo confortevole, la posizione discreta , abbastanza vicino al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi. Molto comodo il parcheggio riservato e gratuito. Gentile e disponibile il personale . Ottima colazione

預訂的是一大間一張雙人床及兩張單人床。到店後換成兩間雙人床。我們是三人同行，需要三張分開的床，結果有兩人必須睡在一張大床上。

I have no idea where this hotels got this high rating from! The room I had was old, the furniture was damaged there were no lamps on the night stand just bright blue-white lamp at the ceiling. The only nice looking part of this hotel room was the toilet. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. If anything a 2 star hotel. However 145€ is by far to much. The neighborhood is full of homeless people sleeping on the streets. I

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff. Nice room The bathrooms could use an extra shelf for toiletries. Abundant buffet breakfast overlooking the port. The neighbourhood is a bit seedy (several homeless people) but is close to pedestrian streets, plazas and good restaurants. Local bus stops and an Avis/Budget branch near by. Ibis Style is similar to Moxy (Marriott chain): fun but not pretentious. We would stay here again.

We appreciated many things about this hotel. The location is excellent - no trouble walking outside at night and finding great places to eat and relax; the parking lot is convenient; the breakfast is very good and the terrace view is lovely. The rooms were large enough, quiet and clean - if a bit minimalist. We took a cab up to the Royal Palace 1.75 miles away, and meandered back through the neighborhoods on foot. We enjoyed having a nightcap at the terrace bar while watching the ferries and cruise ships. Staff was helpful and always available. The only drawback is the physical condition of the building itself - it needs some drywall work, repainting, etc. - a little cosmetic maintenance. But, for the price.. this is a great hotel choice!

Booked a superior room, was given a standard. Horrified when I walked in, never mind looking out to the ghetto behind the hotel, the room was old, musty and plain awful. Went back and was moved to a superior room. Room was ok, renovated but fridge didn't work, towel rack broken, water saver flush broken, towel hook broken, room shelf broken (but was repaired), cannot shower without holding "hand held" nozzle. Towels were great, wifi was good. Hotel looks like they stopped mid-renovation, some things redone, some not. Breakfast was excellent, top floor of hotel plenty of options, contradictory to everything else about the hotel. Location feels scary, homeless people sleeping nearby adjacent to quiet plaza, not as close to historic centre as implied. We were fine, but I was nervous. Definitely not 4 star, 2.5 star at best. Would not return.

Reception staff are excellent, but the staff in the restaurant and bar leave a lot to be desired, " view the port on our balcony while enjoying a drink" they claim, well that would be great if you could get someone to serve you a drink, even the manager who saw me started to make his way to the bar but then turned around and left me standing, needless to say at that point I walked out so that they would not have to trouble themselves serving me

Great location, view of waterfront. Close to walking streets with many restaurants, etc. Maybe less than 1Km from Quattro Canti (center of Centro Storio). Everything you need to know or want, they have. Excellent breakfast and all amenities. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent: very nice, friendly and smiling staff. Breakfast and the view from 7th floor . Location was great as well , walking distance to Marina as well as to city center. Room on the first floor on street and port side was still very quiet and good to sleep But... the room on 1st floor (street + port view) was not 4**** hotel and was not IBIS Styles style. I have been several times in IBIS Hotels worldwide ...and this was not IBIS Styles room. Maybe this room still has to be renovated . All in all, pleasent stay and for the shorter stay was more then OK

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Great location if you are travelling by ferry. Views from restaurant / bar are great. Bit of a walk into the centre of the city. Breskfast is basic but quite adequate. I would stay again if I were using the ferry service.
