Twin Palms Resort is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with modern, up-to-date decor that makes you feel right at home. Everything is spotless, cleanliness is clearly a priority here. One of the best perks? They offer free breakfast, lunch, all-day coffee, and soft drinks with your stay, a rare and much-appreciated bonus. Be sure to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, and bikes, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone is incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure you have everything you need. Adam, the manager, runs an excellent hotel, and it shows in every detail. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay, Twin Palms Resort is the spot! Highly recommend.

We were able to snag a reservation last minute for President’s weekend. We had to switch rooms once as no room was available for three nights straight. So we were a bit hesitant but so worth it. The hotel is intimate, friendly, and very well maintained and decorated. The first room was the king suite which was beautiful and huge. The second room was the king with patio and it was also spacious and well designed. The staff is awesome. The amenities were great. And the other guests were all friendly. We will be staying here again or at one of the sister properties as this group knows how to do hospitality.

Everything, including breakfast and lunch were excellent. The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa areas were supported by plenty of chaises for both sun and shade.

I’m not great with reviews, but all I can say is that, we’ll be staying here every time we come to Palm Springs. Excellent hotel Staff works hard to keep it clean and organized and make sure that guests feel welcomed and taken care of Facilities are new and food are delicious A little bit far from download but adjacent to one of the most affuluent neighborhood in palm spring so you could walk around or ride a bike from the hotel (free) to enjoy the architectures and landscape of the nice houses next door

Look no farther, just book your getaway here! This is a stunning mid-century themed property with immaculate rooms and grounds. The resort has a trendy retro vibe that is hip while being very comfortable and private. Our group was hosted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff (not to leave anyone out, but especially by Adam and Boomer). Welcome amenities (including breakfast, lunch, and the canteen for off-hour snacks) were excellent and a welcome treat. The property has a great pool, spa, and sun area, too.

Mid-century desert chic, clean, friendly! Room was large and immaculate. Staff and messaging was friendly, helpful and timely. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will come back again. My only quibble was the 1/2 shower door which gets water everywhere outside of the shower stall. This isn't Europe – so not sure why the shower isn't enclosed!

From your very first step through the doorway till your very last step out you will feel like you were a Royal coming to an annex for a holiday. But it could be a problem-as you drive away, you might wonder: in my whole life, why hasn't my family treated me like this my! The free meals (anywhere else would certainly charge) are a titillations to the taste buds, Wow. The esthetic style is so Zen. The staff so marvelous. The clientele - people like us... You know what you want, look no further, you've found it, Twin Palms.

We’ve been coming to Palm Springs for years and have stayed at the sister property Santiago a few times. When it was booked for the particular weekend we had planned, we chose the newer Twin Palms as an alternate and were glad we did. The initial welcome from Boomer and tour of the property and our room was a good introduction to our stay. The room was spacious, particularly the bathroom and everything was modern and in great working condition. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great and daily housekeeping made sure the room was spotless. The large pool area is well laid out, with both sun and shade options. The breakfast was nice, the box lunches were quite good and the always open cantina was useful for grabbing a soda or water anytime. Everyone working at the property was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive, which is the sign of great service. While the location might not be quite as central to downtown Palm Springs as we’re used to, having a car made that a non-issue for us. We had a great four day stay here and will certainly be back.
