Servicio muy atento a nuestra llegada, así como la ubicación del hotel, que permite llegar andando a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. La zona de spa, eso sí, algo escasa.

The hotel is located at a height which gives really nice views from the common areas. The staff is very nice and friendly. A nice breakfast spread at the restaurant and a nice bar for cocktails. Located close to public transportation and a big mall which has multiple places to eat and shop.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Stayed here for 7 days and writing this review just after checking out, all in all a nice hotel but with some pros and cons. Cons: - Room is a LOT smaller than advertised, with just enough room to walk around the bed. We paid for a decent room and expected what was shown on the pictures for ‘our room’ category but it was false advertisement. - Building site is noisy and an eye sore while sat around the pool. I actually knew about this before we booked but looking at the pictures from previous reviews it looked like most of the structure was up so the noisy bits were finished, I was wrong. I feel they should tell people on booking about it. - No table or chairs on balcony. We paid a lot for the room too through *********** and the pictures advertised for that room were nothing like what we booked. I called reception every single day on my 7 day holiday to ask for a chair and they promised the next day we could get one, we never got one. This would be ok if there was somewhere else to sit in the room but there is nowhere other than the bed. So we lay on the bed and played cards in the evening and didn’t use the balcony. We had a sea view too, so a shame we couldn’t sit out. - Pool bar closes at 5pm, they have a beautiful bar area with a TV, couches etc really lovely but no one sits in there in the evening because the bar is shut, and in the day everyone is sat around the pool. Bit of a shame to have such a wasted space that is so nice. - No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, didn’t have a cup of tea whole holiday. - No bottled water in room (didn’t bother me as just bought a big bottle each night from supermarket) - No iron in the room so we just wore creased clothes. - Sun loungers around the pool are really uncomfortable due to a metal bar that goes across them and dig into your back there isn’t a way around it. - Maid took one of our room key cards for some strange reason. Pros: - Staff are really lovely, the receptionist, bar lady, lifeguard (who gives you the towels everyday) all really nice friendly people who can’t do enough for you. - Room is cleaned everyday. - Excellent location! A short stroll to cala major centre where you’ll find the beach and all the restaurants/super market. - Porto Pi shopping centre is a 10-15 minute walk and is AMAZING, they have Zara, Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius and more. - Palma town centre is very close just 10 mins on the number 4 bus 2 Euro per person each way. - Fresh towels everyday, we brought them to the beach too no issues. - I have to hand it to them the shower in the room is lovely. Hot water no problem. - Breakfast is lovely, I wasn’t expecting much but it was really good. If you are British don’t be expecting full English type food (which we didn’t anyway) but they have an amazing selection of cheeses, meats, breads, fruit, cookies pastries brownies even churros. Nice hotel in the city center. The staff is wonderful, everything is very good.

This hotel is sold as 4 star but in my opinion is more like a 2 star motel. It is clean but it is hard to find anything else that is positive about it. Overall, I found that the building and garden are grubby and in need of attention. The pool area is very tired and unappealing. The pillows were stained and so well worn that they provided no support. When I asked for new ones the replacements were still the same. The bed had been used so much on one side that there was a constant lean on that side which gave the feeling of rolling off. There were several cracks in the bottom of the bath where it was collapsing and unhygienic. When I brought this to the attendees of the lady on reception during the day she said they would look into it but I never heard from her on it again. The hotel had turned the air-conditioning off centrally and refused to turn it on which meant that our room was too warm and stuffy. This meant that we had to keep the balcony door open resulting in constant noise from the traffic at a busy junction below through the night. On one occasion I was stopped by a member of staff and told I couldn't bring my breakfast from the dining room to my room unless I paid an additional charge. None of the staff were able to assist us with any enquiries or requests to address our issues. The night porter had no English and the lady atvthe front desk was totally indifferent to us. She said if we don't like the hotel we should checkout, so we did, never to return.

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

2歳、5歳の子供と３人でアパートメントタイプの部屋に6日間滞在。また再訪したいと思う。 good １．確かに海からホテルへは坂道だが、2歳の子供でも歩ける距離。徒歩5分。 ２．776号室に宿泊。部屋はキッチンのあるアパートメントタイプで生活しやすかった。基本的に器具は揃っている。受付に言えば洗剤、スポンジをくれる。ビーチタオルは1枚10ユーロのデポジットを入れれて貸し出す方式。換えたい場合も快く対応してくれる。最終日にデポジットは返却される。調味料はない。 ３．夕食は品数が多いビュッフェ。2歳は無料で2人で30ユーロ程度だった。コスパがいいと感じた。 ４．コンビニ的スーパーが徒歩3秒の隣にある。 ５．通常のスーパーであるALDIが徒歩15分くらいのところにある。坂道があり2歳が歩くのは大変だったが、大人なら問題なし。 ６．マリーンランド？小さい水族館までタクシーで10分。人数が多い場合はローカルバスよりお得。小さい水族館だが、イルカや鳥のショーがあり子供たちはだいぶ満喫していた。 ７．受付でパルマ水族館のツアーに参加した。これはバスとチケット込み。このバスはお土産屋に行くこともなく、水族館直行。滞在時間も十分だった。 ８．子供のダンスプログラム等アクティビティがあり子供が楽しんでいた。 ９．近くの海は長いビーチと少しの岩場があるため、ビーチに飽きたら岩場でカニや貝を探したり子供が楽しめた。ホテル前のビーチが長く、4人乗れるレンタルバイクでサイクリングをしたがとても良い。レンタルバイクはビーチの目の前のお店で借りられる。 bad １．ホテル内は全て現金精算。ホテル内にATMがあるが、少し不便。手数料もかかるし。 ２．好みによるが、朝食は22ユーロの価値はないかなと思った。結局子供が食べるのはパン、ヨーグルト、シリアルだったから隣のスーパーで購入して部屋で食べた。 ３．空港送迎のバスがホテルによく泊まっていたが、受付に聞いても教えてくれない。ホテルからはタクシーしか呼べない、バスは自分で調べて予約してとのこと。せめて会社名だけでも知りたかったが教えてくれなかった。数百回同じバス会社の名前を見っているだろうに（私でさえ5回くらい同じバスを見た。バスをみたら名前をメモするべき）空港までのローカルバスは安いが、バス停はALDIの方向。大人だけならスーツケースを持って歩けるが、子供がいると大変。タクシーは空港まで片道45ユーロくらい。 ４．提携のツアーが最悪。洞窟内で船に乗れるツアーを予約した。9時集合で洞窟内の滞在時間は1時間20分のみ。まずお土産屋→宝石屋を回った後にやっと洞窟に着く。ロスタイムが1時間以上ある。それで3人で69ユーロは高すぎるのでお勧めしない。子供が飽きてぐずる。洞窟は観光客が多く入場も長蛇の列。この1時間20分に全て込みなので、実質40分くらいしか洞窟内にいなかった。洞窟内で乗れる船は所要時間2分だが、待ち時間が30分以上ある為、ツアーバスの集合時間に間に合うように乗るのは物理的に不可能。レンタカーをお勧めする。これだけがこの度唯一の最悪なこと。

This hotel is really nice .. the rooms are basic, but fine. The pool area , reception and particularly the staff are lovely. The food in the hotel is great , really well priced and really nice. The hotel even has its own beach, we did get bit a LOT and we're told by another guest they had to change her mattress as she had 37 bites. Now for the down side .... if your over the age of 35 this hotel is not for you. Trance style music played loud all day long until 11pm, people running up and down corridors all night, slamming doors and screaming. Local area ... if you are not German they don't care and don't cater for you. As an English couple there was absolutely nothing for me and my partner, all the bars are German, all the food places are German. All the people are German.
