От отеля остались в восторге!Само расположение очень удачное,всё близко.У нас был номер с видом на море и он стоит того,было очень красиво!И отдельная благодарность повару,еды много,вкусной и разнообразной.Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

2歳、5歳の子供と３人でアパートメントタイプの部屋に6日間滞在。また再訪したいと思う。
good
１．確かに海からホテルへは坂道だが、2歳の子供でも歩ける距離。徒歩5分。
２．776号室に宿泊。部屋はキッチンのあるアパートメントタイプで生活しやすかった。基本的に器具は揃っている。受付に言えば洗剤、スポンジをくれる。ビーチタオルは1枚10ユーロのデポジットを入れれて貸し出す方式。換えたい場合も快く対応してくれる。最終日にデポジットは返却される。調味料はない。
３．夕食は品数が多いビュッフェ。2歳は無料で2人で30ユーロ程度だった。コスパがいいと感じた。
４．コンビニ的スーパーが徒歩3秒の隣にある。
５．通常のスーパーであるALDIが徒歩15分くらいのところにある。坂道があり2歳が歩くのは大変だったが、大人なら問題なし。
６．マリーンランド？小さい水族館までタクシーで10分。人数が多い場合はローカルバスよりお得。小さい水族館だが、イルカや鳥のショーがあり子供たちはだいぶ満喫していた。
７．受付でパルマ水族館のツアーに参加した。これはバスとチケット込み。このバスはお土産屋に行くこともなく、水族館直行。滞在時間も十分だった。
８．子供のダンスプログラム等アクティビティがあり子供が楽しんでいた。
９．近くの海は長いビーチと少しの岩場があるため、ビーチに飽きたら岩場でカニや貝を探したり子供が楽しめた。ホテル前のビーチが長く、4人乗れるレンタルバイクでサイクリングをしたがとても良い。レンタルバイクはビーチの目の前のお店で借りられる。

１．ホテル内は全て現金精算。ホテル内にATMがあるが、少し不便。手数料もかかるし。
２．好みによるが、朝食は22ユーロの価値はないかなと思った。結局子供が食べるのはパン、ヨーグルト、シリアルだったから隣のスーパーで購入して部屋で食べた。
３．空港送迎のバスがホテルによく泊まっていたが、受付に聞いても教えてくれない。ホテルからはタクシーしか呼べない、バスは自分で調べて予約してとのこと。せめて会社名だけでも知りたかったが教えてくれなかった。数百回同じバス会社の名前を見っているだろうに（私でさえ5回くらい同じバスを見た。バスをみたら名前をメモするべき）空港までのローカルバスは安いが、バス停はALDIの方向。大人だけならスーツケースを持って歩けるが、子供がいると大変。タクシーは空港まで片道45ユーロくらい。
４．提携のツアーが最悪。洞窟内で船に乗れるツアーを予約した。9時集合で洞窟内の滞在時間は1時間20分のみ。まずお土産屋→宝石屋を回った後にやっと洞窟に着く。ロスタイムが1時間以上ある。それで3人で69ユーロは高すぎるのでお勧めしない。子供が飽きてぐずる。洞窟は観光客が多く入場も長蛇の列。この1時間20分に全て込みなので、実質40分くらいしか洞窟内にいなかった。洞窟内で乗れる船は所要時間2分だが、待ち時間が30分以上ある為、ツアーバスの集合時間に間に合うように乗るのは物理的に不可能。レンタカーをお勧めする。これだけがこの度唯一の最悪なこと。

El personal de hotel muy bueno, destacando muy por encima de todos Julia de Recepción. Su atención por los detalles y por hacer sentir a cada cliente como en su casa ha sido lo mejor.
Muy buenas instalaciones con una gran zona de solárium y servicios excelentes. El buffet muy variado y de calidad.
Las habitaciones muy completas y reformadas con cocina incluida con todos los utensilios necesarios.
Sin duda para repetir!

Wow what a find. The hotel is located above the bay and has great views and if you are up early enough you can watch the sunrise from the terrace, which definitely impressed the missus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds and everywhere is clean and kept. Whilst sitting on the terrace at night looking over the bay it felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. We stayed in a sea view suite, which was spacious enough and we went self catering, not that we cooked anything! But a fridge is always handy. We would go half board next time as eating out we felt was expensive, unless chips and beans are your thing. There are various supermarkets in easy reach and an Aldi 10 minute walk away. You are literally on the doorstep of the nightlife, but far enough away not to be disturbed. Overall we had a relaxing time and we would return.

Lovely hotel great view over the bay. We went self catering. But eating out can be quite expensive. So I perhaps will do half board next time. In general the suite was clean and well decorated. Fantastic shower. My only gripe is the safe needs to be on a higher shelf

Check in poor attitude of certain staff, 2 people complaining they want moved from room for noisy late night music,given a terrible room wi view of rubbish tip, I had bad feelings n wanted to leave, was given better room with better view,air con set at 26 degrees as they said it was winter setting,we were roasting they just laughed, had to book iron 3 days in advance then said oh u don’t get iron board only iron , had to pay 10 euros deposit telephone in room not working, Wi-Fi slow, we were very disappointed 😢,only good thing was view and location

Was a bit concerned after reading the mixed reviews but we couldn’t fault a single thing. Part of three hotels with very similar names beside each other so can be confusing. Booked a one bed sea view suite so our baby could have her own space and got to check in 3 hours early. Room was immaculate and very recently renovated. Basic kitchen, fridge and tv in bedroom and lounge with some uk channels - c4, Disney, C5 ect. Views were stunning from the hotel of Palma nova bay and few mins walk downhill to the town with loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Was pretty pricey in most of the harbour front ones, paid €18 for a very basic green salad. Pools were freezing in April but our tot enjoyed the splash pool regardless. Plenty of sun beds even though it was Easter week and the animation team did a good job always rounding people up for activities. Prob wouldn’t go all inclusive as there so many great places nearby and didn’t eat in the hotel at all. Got the bus into Palma one day which was easy and a fab day out. Greet few days break in the sun and I’d return to this hotel.

Not going to lie but I was really nervous about our weeks holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Palmanova in May, not been on a “package” holiday in a big hotel for years - it was a ridiculously cheap £380 per person (3 people, flights, transfers and apartment with kitchenette and sea view for 6 nights) so I was prepared to take the risk. Well I needn’t have worried, the reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the apartment was spacious, very well equipped and looked like it had recently been refurbished. Both sleeping areas, kitchenette and bathroom were spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, a nice balcony and a stunning view. Great location not too busy around the hotel so nice and quiet during the day. Late evenings were a bit noisier but that’s not the fault of the hotel Lots of sun beds available , 2 pools and plenty of activities available throughout the day and evening if you needed them. The small extra charge for the sea view was well worth it. 100% recommended Ps can’t comment on the quality of the food and drink as we were self catering

We stayed in the Leonardo royal hotel Mallorca. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. All staff were very welcoming and didn’t hesitate to say hello. Great room. We had the double room/ Suite and was enough room for us both. Lifts were a bit slow but we got our steps in with taking the stairs.Entertainment around the pool several times in the week we had been. Pool bar had a wide range of drinks and great views . Will definitely be back!
