Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl, von frischem Obst über Joghurt bis zu Käse und Schincken sowie Rührei und wechselnde warme Speisen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war stehts hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sehr schön Eingerichtet. Die Dachteresse ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einem kleinen Pool. Im großen und ganzen ein Top Hotel im Zentrum von Palma, komme gerne wieder.

Just back from 6 nights in this hotel with friends. Good value, good location base and good food, but most importantly great staff and service, so friendly, helpful and attentive. Would I stay again? Definitely yes.

I genuinely can't understand what we were charged 560 EUR per night for. To start, we arrived at 8 a.m. and were told there were no available rooms. I understand that check-in officially begins at 3 p.m., but I've traveled extensively and stayed at various hotels worldwide where I was able to check in earlier. I'm not sure what determines this policy. Eventually, we were given a room around noon, though it was a different room type. Since we had traveled all night, we accepted this. Secondly, the breakfast... I’ve stayed at many 4- and 5-star hotels, and this was certainly not a 5-star breakfast. It wasn’t that much about the limited selection, but the quality. Everything tasted bland. From the oily scrambled eggs, oily omelet to the bruschettas drenched in oil, nothing was flavorful. It felt as though the hotel was cutting costs by serving basic buffet items like sliced carrots and beetroot, carrot cake, and inedible pastries. We came to celebrate my birthday. My husband asked the hotel manager for assistance in arranging a birthday surprise for me, such as flowers or a small cake (which he was, of course, willing to pay for). The reception mentioned that flowers will be problematic, but assured him they would come up with something. The next morning, nothing happened at breakfast, and nothing was delivered to our room throughout the day. It wasn’t until after we returned from dinner in the city that my husband briefly mentioned his disappointment to a staff member. Only then did they bring a cake from the kitchen, with the excuse that they had planned to deliver it late in the evening. But who eats cake at 11 p.m.? The room was stylish and nice, but the shower door design was poor, causing water to flood the dressing area each time we used it. The beach at the hotel is small and public. While the view is pleasant, there’s no privacy. I believe this is common for beaches in Mallorca. The pool would have been a good alternative, but the water was freezing throughout our stay, and we didn’t swim there once. The hotel claims it’s about 400 meters from the marina. However, this is only true if you take a narrow, dangerous path behind the hotel, along the edge of a cliff, and then another cliff and beach. The views are great, but the route is neither safe nor convenient. The other way is a 1.5 km walk up and down the streets. Taking a taxi is a better option. On our last evening, we asked for a packed breakfast since we were leaving early, before breakfast hours. Instead, food was delivered via room service but left outside in the hallway because we had a ”do not disturb” sign on. No one notified us, and we only discovered it as we were leaving. Had we known they would deliver the food to the room, or that room service was available before 8 a.m., I would have ordered a proper breakfast, not just apples and juice meant to take away. We stayed as a couple for 4 nights tail end of Sept into October and were really impressed with the hotel and staff. At this time of the year it was not particularly busy but enough people there to provide some atmosphere. Best aspects: Roof top bar was amazing but was only open once across our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities and decor was very nice and rooms (we were in a standard) were quite spacious with plenty of storage and good views over the pool area. Breakfast was lovely and good quality with all the typical things you would expect and was rotated so they kept having new things each morning. We ate in the bar restaurant and it was reasonably priced and the food was lovely. The location was excellent being just a 5 minute walk to the harbour with loads of restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop which was great as we used this everyday to go to Palma, Palmanova and Santa Ponca (hop on hop off by swiping your bank card). Plenty of sunbeds and seating around the pool and bar. The cleaning of the rooms were excellent - always spotless and the floor never got sticky or dusty as you find in other places. Areas I think they could improve on would be if the roof top bar was open more often, we found the prices of drinks to not be that much different from outside the hotel which usually I find if they want people to stay longer and drink at the hotel in other places I have been they are priced a few euros cheaper than outside. More towel hangers in the bathroom away from the toilet - sounds random but trust me on this. Overall, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend! Also it was adults only so it was a great place to relax. My compliments to the staff who make it this way too!

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

Wir sind mit neun Personen ( alle keine Teenager mehr ! )angereist und wollten ins „Epizentrum“. Doch beim einchecken mussten wir pro Person erstmal 100€ Kaution entrichten. ( Diese wurde bei Abreise zwar erstattet aber erst nach strenger Kontrolle der Zimmer ) Des Weiteren haben wir bei der Buchung bereits die Taxe bezahlt aber das interessierte vor Ort niemanden. Also nochmal Cash zahlen. Angeblich war eine Bezahlung der Zimmer mit Bargeld und Karte nicht möglich. Nach Diskussionen mit dem Concierge ( der sprach leider nur Spanisch und kaum Englisch ) ging es dann irgendwann doch 😡 Frühstück und Abendessen hatten maximal 3Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer zum Bierkönig waren schon sehr laut. Gegen 4:30 Uhr wurde es dann etwas erträglicher. Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein und einfach. Das nächste mal wird es nicht mehr das Niagara werden.

Good location, the beach is just across the road. Lots of stores, suppermarkets, restaurants nearby hotel. A2 Express bus from airport to hotel one way €5, only 1 mins walk from stop to hotel. Breakfast and dinner are with reasonable choices, good enough to make you full but not quite tasty. Plenty of fresh fruits which is awesome. Seaview from hotel restaurants and rooftop pool is lovely.

If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.
